"Weather was perfect. Location and view were even better than expected. While there are trees on the lot. There is plenty of sun on the pool area. The retractable awning was a nice addition and supplied relief when we wanted shade. Great golf course, near perfect condition. The club house is very nice. Food prices are very reasonable. Looking forward to possibly vacating again at this site"

"This house was amazing. Spotless. Looked exactly like the photos. Usually the houses seem bigger in photos, and this one was bigger in person! Huge bedrooms, kitchen and living room. The pool was outstandin, extremely clean and warm! Everything was well kept, inside and out. My family and i have stayed in quite a few rentals and this was our favorite. Definitely will be staying again! Felt very safe in the neighborhood, and surrounding areas. Beautiful house and gold course/neighborhood! 10/10....

"The property was not clean and prepared for our arrival which I had to pay extra for to check-in in the am. blown bulbs dead batteries in more than one remote. TV not hooked up. Trash was full. house looked dirty. Pool area riddled with spider webs cigarette butts. Paid for the pool warming, it didn't happen until the afternoon before my morning departure. Worst of all my skin is shedding from the mites in the master bedroom"

"We Arrived for a week of swimming and relaxation. The home was clean and welcoming! We were so exhausted and found a heated pool to enjoy our first evening. The Kingsize bed was so comfortable, the on-suite bath was clean and bright! The whole home was just as VRBO advertised! Well-appointed furniture and plenty of kitchen equipment to prepare some delicious food! The property Manager and Owner were quick to answer our inquiries. I would rent this property again!"
