"As late as 8:30pm the apartment we booked had not been cleaned from the previous guests. Unmade bed, dirty towels, etc. We contacted the lady who had checked us in, only to be told that it wasn’t her responsibility to have the apartment cleaned but that she would try to find someone to do that. When we called her again a little later first she wouldn’t pick up, then proceeded to yell at us. At this point we just left the apartment and checked into a different hotel. La casa estaba impecable, muy cómoda, con todos los servicios. La vista increíble. Piso silencioso, da a patio interior. Bien de calefacción que te puedes regular. Salón comedor, cocina y dormitorio y baño principal muy amplios."

"Beautiful, large family home with amazing big swimming pool- peaceful and with great views but only 10 minutes drive to supermarkets and takeaway pizza etc. Felt at home straight away. Great location for visiting Bologna, Modena, Ravenna, Parma etc.Host was very helpful and great communications. Really enjoyed our holiday and would definitely return."

"We had a wonderful stay in Julia’s apartment in the Quadrilatero neighborhood of Bologna. It is a charming apartment and pleasant (short) walk to many of Bologna’s attractions, restaurants, bars, shopping, etc. As other guests have noted, because the apartment is in the heart of the Quadrilatero and above lively restaurants, there is a lot of noise at night and in the mornings so I would highly recommend earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. Thanks to Julia for her patient and timely directions...

"We stayed for 6 nights in Villa Olimpia. We had a very good arrival at the house with Ruth, the host. She gave us some tips to eat and made the reservations to the restaurants because I don't speak much italian. The house was very wel equiped and very spacious.
