"Everything is "unique" about Captain Grant's!...The perfect hosts Carol and Ted; the ambience; the beautiful furnishings; the cozy room with all the amenities; the absolutely fabulous breakfast w/ mimosas, pancakes with real maple syrup and blueberry topping on a exquisitely, complete totally antique, setting table arrangement; all the available extras...beer, wine, coffee. tea, brandy in the room, etc. A most wonderful experience"

"Great B&B with service to match! If you want to relax this is a very tranquil stay. Each room has different decor and options so it keeps it interesting. Rooms are very clean too! Owners are extremely welcoming and address any need you may have. The property is beautiful surrounded by trees but has outdoor area to relax as well. It’s located just down the road from Foxwoods Casino and other towns near by which keeps your day options abundant as well.

"Traveled from Philadelphia for a friends wedding and the hotel was just a 8 minute drive from the wedding venue. Hotel check-in easy & fast. For an Inn it wasn’t as bad as I thought. Rooms were cleaned so as hotel areas. Needs a bit of updating but for my first time in Connecticut and needed a room at the last minute it was okay."
