"This property exceeded all of my expectations! I have rented dozens of homes on VRBO and this home falls in the top 2 on my list. The host was beyond gracious and accommodating. He knew we came down for my nieces wedding and left a beautiful welcome letter, congratulating her. Really kind. The home was very clean and had everything that we needed. I recommend this home whole heartedly. I would give it six stars if I could."

"Very close to UCF campus. Property is a little older but very clean & had everything we needed for family of 4 with small dog. 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom. Very cold AC! Located in a family neighborhood but close to grocery, gas station, school campus. Communication was great with owner."

"The house is in a great area for visiting springs, the zoo, Mt. Dora, etc. we found it to be centrally located for all we wanted to do while in the area. The house could use a good scrub inside but it was clean enough to be comfortable. Overall a great spot. "

"Had a great time. The games kept the kids occupied. The bunk beds were a plus. Had a big front and back yard for them to run around. Didnt do any cooking but has a nice size kitchen and dining room for those who want to eat in. Loved the location, close to everything. Neighborhood seemed very family oriented. Would recommend to those who have kids."

"This was the worst experience. I was supposed to check in the day before my wedding. I was contacted 30 min PRIOR TO CHECK IN that my reservation was cancelled due to double booking. When I contacted the host, they told me basically it was my fault for not communicating with them prior to check in!!! I should not have to communicate with anyone after I paid 2 months prior and received a confirmation. This was the worst experience for a bride on the day before her wedding!! "

"The house is quite cozy and friendly with so many great additions, it has great charm and the owners clearly put a lot of love in effort in the place which shows.Ww celebrated my best friend birthday and the pool was quite a highlight, great many of laughs and good vibes were shared and this place really improved all of that, a great rental overall , and we’ll be sure to look out for others from these owners "
