"Yes the host was friendly and very helpful. Our dog was happy in the back yard area and we loved the proximity to the beach! We walked several times a day !! The full moon was a bonus as well. The host was very welcoming laid-back and Helpful and the pool was so much fun with amazing slide.I got to invite my family and throw a surprise 50th birthday party for my mom and it brought her so much joy and tears her eyes. Minutes from several Jacksonville attractions, the home is peaceful and so very comfortable! The kitchen was spacious and well stocked with all of the cooking utensils you'd need! "The property was phenomenal. The host was amazing as well and had amazing communication. There was not an overwhelming amount of “extra” decor, making the property feel like a true home. I recommend this property 100%. It is in the middle of Jacksonville, so there are many places near when we stayed. The cleaners also did an amazing job, everything was set up beautifully, and there was more than enough supplies given. Thank you for the beautiful experience."
