"Wow, what a gem in Downtown Duluth! I'm sad we couldn't stay longer. Brand new property, very clean and well-appointed with all the comforts of home. "Appreciated the fact that we were able to secure this almost last minute reservation. It served our our purpose well. Breakfast was a nice perk with healthy choices. WiFi password could be more clearly stated on key card packet or just posted in room."

"Realizing that the hotel was 100 plus years old, the lobby was quite nice, check in was fine. We got up to the room and it was clean for the most part. We checked the bed for bugs and didn't find any, AC was very cold, bathroom could have been a bit cleaner but was ok. What we were dissatisfied with was in order to open close the bathroom door you had to straddle the toilet in order to do so. There was not a box of tissues in the room anywhere, no bucket for ice, I guess you don't need one if...

"Virtual staff was super helpful and pretty responsive to all my questions and concerns. A lot to do in the area and less than a 20 minute drive anywhere. Only thing is if you’re a light sleeper bring an eye masks, ear plugs and your own blanket. Love the natural lighting the rooms get but if you’re wanting to sleep in there aren’t any black out curtains and walls are very thin, you can hear everything and the blankets that are provided are pretty itchy and thin.
