"We stayed in this lovely cottage while visiting family in Crisfield. The location is perfect, plenty of room with 3 separate bedrooms, a comfortable living room, and full access kitchen, washer/dryer and 1 bathroom. It was perfect. The owner, Crystal, is an amazing host. She is very responsive, helpful, accommodating, and encourages any feedback. Highly recommend! We will definitely be back. Thank you Crystal! "

"Smith Island is remote, isolated, and a 45 minute ferry trip from Crisfield on lower Maryland's Eastern Shore.The house was recently renovated. It is very well furnished and equipt. Chris has a detailed handbook about what to expect on the island with names and phone numbers for residents who can provide services and give tours including the listing for the ferry boats. "I stayed here in lieu of a hotel room in Salisbury for a work trip and it was worth the drive, only about 20 minutes from Salisbury. "The cottage was very homey, pretty and clean. The furnishings and color scheme have the cottage a wam feel. What was a particularly nice touch was the cute doggie towel on the bench by the front door and doggie bags for clean up. The dog towel came in handy since my dear darling rolled on a rotten duck egg. The host was very friendly and accessible if needed. Will definitely stay there again."
