"The villa was great and inside was exactly like the pictures. Everything was clean and ready to go. Had games and plenty of space. Only things I will say is that the starter pack is not enough for more than 3 full days. If you plan on staying longer, buy your own stuff. The other thing is the outside is not as upkept as it is in the pictures. When we stayed backyard was a little outgrown and stuff. But other than that we enjoyed our stay a lot! Super close to beach and restaurants essentials....

"This venue was great for 25 of us ranging from kids to teen-agers to adults of all ages. A few things need attention. The Keurig didn’t work well and the movie theater projector had problems. With more attention to details like this, I’d rate the place higher. The pool was nice and big, as was the outdoor hot tub. We didn’t use the indoor one but it looked spacious. The property is very accommodating for young children and family pets. You can kayak on a river in the back but it is not too long...
