"Our family stayed here for my youngest wedding at our house. It was perfect because they brought their dog with them from Connecticut. It was scenic and had queen beds for my brother and sister in law and their adult children. Owner was extremely communicative and straight forward. We rented three other properties in Northport and none were as responsive as Richard was. In fact, another property neglected to leave sheets or bedding for their pull out and overnighted sheets left my cousin without...

"My best friend and I wanted to get out of the city with our pups for a long weekend, and this was absolutely the perfect place to do that! Robert was accommodating, kind, and quick to respond. And the neighborhood/community is adorable, friendly, and low key. Being literally steps from the beach was beyond amazing, and being able to sit on the front patio and get the breeze/view was unmatched! Can’t wait to come back again! "

"This house was perfect for our visit. It was clean and comfortable and provided everything we needed. Walking distance to a restaurant, coffee shop and the best ice cream! Would definitely stay here again. "

"Conveniently located, quiet, comfortable beds, designated free parking, full kitchen, and always felt safe. We all enjoyed watching the marmot out our bedroom window! (Currently there is construction on the house next door, so the view out the dining area isn't great.) Was disappointed there were only 4 pods for the Keurig for 4 people for 3 mornings. (Coffee in the morning is important to us.) Responses from owner were on occasion slow. Overall it was a very nice stay!"

"This property is a wonderful alternative to the expensive hotels around Greenwich. It was no frills - there are two bedrooms with large beds and TVs, a bathroom, and kitchenette with a pod coffeemaker. We didn't spend a lot of time there, which worked for us. It's quiet, backcountry Greenwich, on a pond. We saw a fox and a baby deer and fell asleep to the bullfrogs. "
