The shower wall had soap residue running down it and the shower shelves had hair, dust and soap build up. the pillow and sheets had hair on them. The fridge had crumbs on the shelves and there were cockroaches in the kitchen. The dining table had dried on food. The closet shelves had hair and dust on them. the "

"It’s called the Belmont Hotel on all the travel sites but when you get there, they say through the phone that it’s called Vacasa. This hotel is not open when you peek inside the windows of the hotel and front desk and no one around to assist. We had numerous calls trying to get someone to help us and everyone informed us they couldn’t help us until 4 o’clock when we could use a code that would be emailed to us privately to get into the hotel. Then we would need additional codes to get into a...
