"lovely hotel very clean good food highly recommended "

I would suggest that, since they receive guests from all over the world—and English is the most widely spoken language after Chinese—they consider having a greater number of staff members with stronger English...

"The hotel is in a great location — easy to get anywhere, with a subway station right downstairs. The room is stylishly designed, free of mold or any unpleasant odors, and the bed is very comfortable. The staff are always warm and friendly, and they offered us helpful suggestions for our itinerary."
