"Very good attention to detail. Spotless room, very friendly staff and especially the young lad bar tender - he was excellent. The food was the highlight for us - we had the giant fishcake, pate and a burger. It was by far the best restaurant experience we've had locally. Highly recommended!"

"No shower gel or soap in the bathroom.
House keeping should check on the bottles of gel everyday. Room service was ok, but I won’t come back. I phoned front desk and house keeping numbers for several minutes and no one ever answer. Poor service ! "

"Basic room but ideal for one night. Very close to the arena. Would forego the breakfast as I don’t think it’s is worth £8.95 at all, some bread, muffins croissants cereal cheese ham cucumber and pepperoni. Save yourself the money and go to the nearby food places which are a 2 min walk away. Otherwise, clean and friendly staff."
