"It was great experience staying at this place. Right after we went to gala Yuzawa ski came back to the hotel and dipped ourselves into the large Ofuro in the basement. Smoking was not allowed inside or well outside the house so it was the only problem me and my friends faced during the stay but all in all we enjoyed our stay at the place. Place is warm and cozy. Recommend for friends and family or in groups over 5 people. "

"室内や共同の洗面所などは清潔で良かったが 居室の鍵が謎なシステムで外側からしか施錠できないため在室時は就寝中も鍵をかけられなかった。手持ちの荷物などで物理的に外側から簡単には開きにくい状態にして寝たが正直、1人2泊で朝食のみ7万円超を払ってこのような危機感を感じる滞在をするとは夢にも思わなかった(*´-`)ので残念です。、"

"I lover the place, very, very beautiful. But staff don't speak english much. But the place it fantastic, it is so beautiful cover in snow breakfast and dinner are all inclusive, I didn't know until I find the place to eat . You need to mark advance booking, that all. If receptionist can information me that... I give 100% recommend but from my struggles it now 98% lol cuz the place is amazing. PS it very big. Food is very authentic not tourist style"

"其實整體來講也不算差，酒店位置的確是不近車站，但隔離雪場真的很近，可以步行就去到，店主其實很友善，只是有點言語上溝通不到，但其實他也很用心幫忙，只是旅館就只他一個人，所以要點時間等待，浴室是共用的，所以也不要有甚麼期望好了，不過熱水是有的，只是要點時間去準備，所以整體用這個價錢來說，其實已經算不錯了"

"If 6 stars were an option they deserve it. I loved my stay here so much I extended my stay. Yeah, I know it’s a bit irregular. But I promise this place is worth (at the very least) checking out!
