"Great stay for the weekend. Our room was clean and very comfortable. There is no bath tub, only a step-in shower, which must have just recently been updated because the trim was not finished on the floor. The shower curtain or rod seemed too high because the curtain would not stay in the step-in shower, which left water all over the floor and in the groove where the trim was missing. "The staff was amazing, thank you Trayan for the support at the lake and all the front desk staff. The view does not take the breath away but makes you breathe in life and happiness. The indoor pool hot tub and sauna was a great escape from the rain."

"Lovely place to stay. Confusion over breakfast which was not provided that morning was fixed with a refund. Got lucky the restaurant which according to the website was supposed to be open and wasn’t, actually had the chef in house so we did have dinner. Food was absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend staying here when restaurant is open."

"Absolutely loved my stay at the Cascade. Room was very clean, quiet, and peaceful. The food at the restaurant was also great! Can't wait to come back and spend more time there."

"We loved the quiet atmosphere of both locations. The pool was clean with many places to sit and enjoy. The beach was well maintained with water vessels to use for anyone there. Both places had bbq grill to use. We never met any staff, but they were available by phone if need be. We will be going back."

"Dilapidated property with units that appear to have permanent residents in them, picture the projects. We checked in and noticed that our room had clearly been smoked in. We immediately contacted the owner who said it was barbecue smoke that we were smelling. We decided to leave due to the condition of the room/property and the strong odor. Unfortunately, we were still charged and when we contacted Expedia about this; we were offered only a partial refund due to their non-refundable cancellation...
