Facilities were top-notch, staff helpful but very mindful of your personal space and the location was ideal for us - away from the real hustle of Canggu but easy car rides away.

"We had an amazing time. The service and communication were absolutely flawless - we cannot rate the staff highly enough. Some of our family were sick while there and the Bumbak team went out of their way to make us feel looked after.
The villa was beautiful and comfortable and our daily in-villa breakfast was delicious. We also had an in-villa spa day and a few separate massages during our trip, all of which was reasonably priced and wonderful.

"The resort was excellent, the service was outstanding. Every night there was a turn down service. This something normally for 6 star resort. The area was quite so after 7pm couldn't hear one vehicle. So if you are a quite resort perfect for couple's who just want to relax.proposed to my future wife there they made it perfect for us."

"I loved Sin Nombre, it was safe, quiet, clean, modern and the staff there was extremely kind and attentive. Right across the street was a Bistro that served hot food and if you wanted you could order and they would bring it straight to your villa.
The villa's were amazing!! Just as the pictures showed. There was a crossing guard as well to make sure you were safe when crossing the street. They had transportation waiting if you needed to go anywhere. We found a driver pretty fast that we kept...

"Everything was amazing at Blue Karma, the bed so is comfortable, the staff is so helpful, and the food was so delicious. Their free shuttle to Seminyak squar and thr beach was a nice bonus, and there are lots of nice returants close by. Grab was easy to get, but honestly, we could have spent our entire time amd Blue Karma and not feel like we missed anything. "
"Nos ha encantado la zona exterior aun con calor se disfruta de la cocina y el frigorifico y al lado de la piscina que es increíble . Con una niña de 5 años estuvimos muy cómodos con cama individual en el cuarto. El baño exterior sin bichos ni nada es encantador, es parte del diseño balines. Se puede ir andando a una clase de yoga fantástica, un super pequeño enfrente y múltiples restaurantes hacia Canggu y hacia Semiyak. Fantástico ! Que mas decir"
"This is a really nice place. Great space and very helpful staff. The plunge pool outside your house is small but nice to get a quick bath. Located with many great restaurants nearby. Great kitchen if you want to cook food yourself.
This is not a hotel so no reception (but staff 24/7), restaurant (i.e.no breakfast) or big pool to be at. First time for me to stay at a place like this and is still contemplating which I prefer the most.

"If I could give 6 stars I would. Staff (front desk reception, housekeeping, etc.) were all extremely kind, helpful, and patient. They went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, provide us with recommendations, and quickly resolve any concerns. Housekeeping was on top of everything, leaving our room very clean! Best service I've ever had.
The Komu was a walking distance from everything we wanted to check out in Canggu, very close to beaches, shops, restaurants, beach clubs, etc. The room...
"This hotel is new and designed very well. Bed & pillows was very comfortable. Great choice of selection of food specially breakfast. Staff was very friendly, helpful and welcoming and made our stay very special, even decorated our room for our anniversary and left us a gift and a card. We will definitely come back to stay here again "

The only reason I have 4 stars on cleanliness was because there was no shower curtain or shower doors which made the whole bathroom floor wet everytime we took a bath and made it messy and dirty.
Otherwise everything was perfect and staff was awesome.
