"Very disappointing experience with Hilton. We arrived at 9:00 AM and, despite rooms being available, we were told we could not check in until 1:00 PM unless we paid an additional 50% early check-in fee. We had informed the hotel beforehand that we had a flight at 5:00 AM the next day and would check out at 3:00 AM, meaning we only needed the room for a few hours of rest. Still, there was no flexibility or willingness to show empathy, not even to let us in at 10:00 AM. We accepted the policy...

"My stay at Sahid Bandara Soekarno Hatta was excellent. The team were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming from the moment I arrived. The room was tidy and comfortable, perfect for a restful night before my flight. I especially appreciated the efficient airport shuttle and the overall convenience. A great option for anyone needing a hassle‑free stay near Soekarno‑Hatta Airport."

"Buen sitio si quieres pasar solo una noche para coger un vuelo al día siguiente, tienen transfer gratis y fue puntual."

"Would give a 0/10 if i could. the room was dirty with stained sheets, mold and someone elses towel and toothbrush were still there. People were smoking in the „lobby“ and rooms and it smelled everywhere. People at the reception didnt speak any english so communication was limited. "

"Complicated check in system, property is dirty, stinks and air conditioning not working properly "

"Hotel viejo y desgastado que NO ESTÁ EN EL AEROPUERTO. No contrates si piensas que al llamarse DPrima Hotel AirPort está en el mismo aeropuerto. No es así. Por lo demás, tuvimos que dormir con la luz encendida porque no hay interruptores en la habitación. Lo único bueno, el precio y el servicio."
