"Beautiful light airy apartment, spacious and really clean. Excellent location and parking on site. It is in a lovely residential quiet area and close to all main sites and amenities."

"Nice flat and more rooms than advertised. Some noise from town but a quiet-ish part of it. Rooms clean and some provisions left for refreshments, Netflix on the TV and balconies with all rooms. Would recommend for anywhere around Bournemouth."

"Had a lovely stay here. The appartment was great for what we needed. The location was perfect, beach at the end of the street and a nice pub! Short walk back into the main street for the shops. Only issue, there were no curtains/blinds up in the living room, didn't really bother us as not really overlooked. Apart from that would definitely stay here again."

"The property is falling apart, the main staircase and entrance is dirty, full of huge structural cracks and stinks of damp. Room 3 also have a noisy dog and the male occupant smokes cannabis every day.The apartment was not the one we booked, we identified this immediately, contacted the host who did nothing. The apartment is filthy, the carpets are all stained. There is mould and thick dust everywhere. Broken sockets and Switches along with kitchen cabinets smashed. Hot water lasts for 5 mins...

"Location of this property is what really lets it down, accepted it is in a city centre but the area is very run down, full of vape shops, takeaways and noisy bars with large groups exiting in the early hours especially at weekends. Not a great part of town to walk to and from especially with children.The apartment is good with plenty of space, not quite the premium advertised. Nothing major just little things let it down, no cupboard in kitchen area to store food, limited hot water for family of...
