"Kathy, the property manager, and Ruth, the property owner, were incredibly hospitable and accommodating. The property was clean, beautiful, spacious, and it had everything we needed. We traveled with two dogs and our adult children. We took our surron e-bikes and explored the trails and jumps near by. Enjoyed Sensorio and the Ravine which were under 10 minutes away. "Overall a great place. Loved the decor and warmth felt in the house. However!!! Trying to access the property from the street was dangerous!!! There is no railing up the so called stairs to the gate. Rather than trying going down or up this way, we walked through weeds on so called grass until we felt safe to access street. "The Orchard House exceeded our expectations. It’s even better in person, than the pictures. The house sits up on a hill above the orchard and has a fantastic view to enjoy. The house is so roomy with a lot of bedrooms and bathrooms which makes it easy for everybody to get ready at the same time. The owners were wonderful too making sure the directions were easy as well. Fantastic house to stay at. Highly recommend it. "
