Great water view studio

Simple studio with all you need plus a great view of the river. The boat dock is in bad shape and needs repairs. Parking area is a little tight. Would definitely stay again.

Potato Peeler

We had an incredible time, the host was fantastic we spoke to her and casually mentioned that we didn't have a "potato" peeler in our unit. When we returned to our unit after spending the day on the lake what did we find hanging from our door..a new "Potato" peeler. Thank you for everything we had a wonderful time.

River Front Property

The property shows signs of heavy use, with chipped kitchen cabinets and stove burners that do not all function properly. The kitchen dishes, pans, and appliances are also lacking in quality and quantity. The kitchen sponges were old and previously used. The washer and dryer are shared among four other rental units. Additionally, we noticed a strong sewer smell in the parking area. Our child's feet were black from walking on the floor upon arrival, requiring us to clean the floors. I also had to rewash the dishes, silverware, and pans before we could use them.

Loved this property!

We stayed here over a weekend and absolutely loved it. It was very quiet and peaceful. We loved being right on the river and being able to fish right off the dock. We will be back!

Great Rental in Parker!!

This is a such a great property. We enjoyed our stay and plan to come back every year! Its was perfect for our little family of five. We have 3 children - ages 5, 2 and 1. The closet space is large enough to hide a pack-n-play so our youngest had his own little space to sleep.

Great location to boat and fish. Not quiet during season

We had a phenomenal time. What a wonderful treasure. Great for boats and fishing. The engines are very noisy but I’m sure that won’t bother anyone.

Great River View

Nice cozy property. I would suggest owners downsize bed to a queen, crawling over spouse in the middle of the knight is irritating to spouse. the other alternative is to slide out the foot of bed and the bed frame bites legs and that irritates the slider.

Great sunset available!

Great spot right on the river. As noted before a little difficult to find, but just take the alley to the left of the closed Mexican restaurant. Bob, on site property manager, is available and able to handle such issues as swapping keurig with drip coffee maker. Good sized studio with everything needed to feel at home. Multiple units available making it an ideal spot to rendezvous with family from around the country,

Colorado River

Property has a fabulous view of the river. Close to Parker and Havasu City. Minutes from golf. Found it a little hard to find if not familar to the area. Inside the studio apt, found the king side bed cumberson to get in and out of during the night. Had to crawl over spouse.. Bed too big for space. Missing some essentials in the kitchen like potato peeler , a strainer, medoum size bowl for microwave, regular sized cereal bowls. Found dishes and kitchen items to be very skimpy. Wouldnt take much to correct. An extra chair and a coffee table would be nice too.

Fantastic River View and Access

I stayed on the river in this area many times in the past. Took my wife here for the first time by ourselves. Check in was simple and well marked. We did have an issue with ants (left dish of Rocky Road residue) but Bob took care of the problem the following morning. Spectacular views, comfy, cozy, and well stocked home. We will definitely stay here again!
