Wonderful Parker Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this vacation rental property. The house was very clean, peaceful, and just what we needed for a relaxing getaway. The owners were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a serene retreat. We will definitely be returning!

Relaxing River Getaway

The house was very clean, quiet and close to restaurants. Plenty of parking and a short walk to the river access. Also easy access to off road trails. We all had a great time and are looking forward to go back. Thanks, C. Dillon

Great place to stay in Parker

We stayed here for a wedding nearby and the location was clean, had nice views, a great hike nearby, and was perfect for our stay. Communication with Audra was easy for the most part, and this was around the holidays. We'd recommend this property to anyone, it was as great experience.

Great River pad

Great river pad! Great location. Property was easy to find and communication with property manager was easy. Home is beautifully updated and spacious for several people. Beautiful big front porch to take in the gorgeous views.

Amazing clean and new

I stay at a lot of places and I'll tell you what you can tell when the owner cares about the people. Very clean and organized. Had everything we needed Plus. Me and my wife agree when the owners make it all about their guests and it shows that means everything to us. We will definitely be going back to this place.

Great Property

This property was extremely clean, had everything you could need. Kitchen was great had fully equipped. The only issue very small dining pretty much just a bar. But eating on the porch worked out great very roomy there. Livingroom was nice and couches clean and plenty of seating for large extended family. Bedroom were good size, beds were wonderful, bedding clean and cozy. Bathroom had great quality towel and paper products. The River itself was an oasis, the water was fresh and wonderful. Only let down was you have to cross a busy highway to get to the river. It's minutes to walk there but that main road is dangerous so I recommend driving there. House was close to everything, 15-20 drive to Lake Havasu. Had a wonderful time. Please stop sponsoring Chrissy Teigen our family loves your company but will not support bullies.

Great Location with great Mountain & River views

Very clean home steps from river with launch and park. Close to multiple river and lake boat launches. Great View, much better than pics show. Neighborhood very quiet and peaceful. Plenty of parking.

Perfect and exactly what we needed.

This house was exactly what we needed. Location close to Parker strip, room for six people to sleep comfortably, room to park two trucks with trailers. I called the owner a couple times with questions about the city and he answered the phone every time and gave me everything I needed. Would absolutely stay here again. Thanks for a great stay!

The property is not maintained very well. There were many broken items. For example, No cold water in the sink in Master Bath; garbage disposal didn't work; toilet paper holder broken; kitchen items were in very poor shape. Had to have the dishwasher repaired. Also, there isn't a patio or good place to sit and visit. The driveway has river rock, making it very unstable to walk on. If you have any mobility issues not a good place to stay. Also, I believe the owner would change the thermostat up in the night. My spouse has breathing issues and needs cool air. We would turn it down when going to bed and in the night we would see where it had been turned up (remotely) by 6-7 degrees. It was not really as we would have expected.

Amazing view , place has all the amenities needed for a family The only detail was yhe rocks on the parking area its was hard to place car up the hill kept slipping but otherwise i loved the place its def a repeat will plan a nother visit soon to same place

Family river trip

Super cute place. Perfect for our group of 10. The kids were a little bummed there was no foose ball table, like the listing stated, but they still had a great time. Nice boat launch. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean and well maintained

We loved staying here. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, knives and just about everything you need to prepare a meal. The rooms were clean, bathrooms were roomy and the air conditioner worked great. The location was ideal for our boating time out at Lake Havasu. It was a short drive to Havasu Springs.

We were so lucky to have found this place here in Parker for 4th of July weekend. This place was super nice, clean and so conveniently close to the river. The common grounds area that we had access to was also nice. All the homeowners that have access too, were all so nice. They knew we were renting through Chris and Stephanie and they were welcoming as well. My wife and I had a great trip coming here and meeting up with our kids for the weekend. Thank you Chris and Stephanie for allowing us to stay at the Rivercasa

Fun at the Desert Bar

Came up with 2 other couples so 6 adults. Came from Phoenix to check out the Desert Bar and needed to stay over night... Great time, great place! Well stocked, clean place and quiet neighborhood.
