  • Beautiful single family home right on the beautiful Colorado River, on the Parker strip. This home boasts 3 bedrooms plus an office/bedroom attached and access through the master bedroom as a 4th room and 3 baths, with your very own U shaped boat dock for one boat right on the river front. One mooring to accommodate two waverunners (not included with the rental) . This property is shared by an identical home which is on this large lot, plenty of room for both. Enjoy beautiful sunsets from 2 large patios and dock or enjoy boating, fishing, water skiing, hiking, mountain biking, golfing at a 5 star golf course located only a few miles up river.

    MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY IS STRICTLY ENFORCED AND WILL BE CHECKED 10 PEOPLE MAXIMUM. IF YOU BREAK THIS RULE YOU WILL LOSE YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT AND YOUR STAY ENDS. NO PETS Please.

    There are 3 floating bars on the river to enjoy or try the Blue Water casino just a few miles down river accessible both by car or boat. A gas dock directly across from this home for your boating fun, and a public boat ramp less than 3 minutes away. There are many fine restaurants on the Parker strip to enjoy all located within 15 minutes or take a trip up to Lake Havasu just 35 minutes away. Don't forget the Parker airport located just 15 minutes away for those of you who would like to fly in. Our winters are very mild with an average temperature of about 73 degrees in the day which is wonderful for off-roading just minutes away.

Memorial Day weekend

We had a great stay!! Amazing location and beautiful home with everything we needed for our weekend with family. Quiet neighbors and perfect swimming area for the kids. Would stay again!

Great River Trip

This is an excellent property if you’re looking for a place big enough for a couple of families to enjoy. Kitchen and amenities are all on point and most items are pretty new and high quality.

Such a gorgeous home right along the water that had everything we could ask for and then some. Amazing kitchen and lovely outdoor place, we took advantage and made some lovely brunches to eat out on the deck!

Our week on the Colorado River

The rental that we booked is very nice and was appointed with everything that you could possibly need. Location is excellent and the private dock is a definite plus. My family is considering booking it for another week next year.

Great Stay

We had the best time in Parker. The home is exceptional and the location and views are stunning. There was plenty of room for our 2 families and the house was so comfortable and accommodating. Thank you for letting us stay, we will definitely be back. The owner was extremely helpful and took extra time to make sure our trip was perfect!

Fabulous

Excellent location right on water. Easy access to our boat. Beautiful kitchen fully furnished with new appliances. Lovely furnishings beds were so comfortable high end linens. We had 2-6 yr old granddaughters and 2-10 yr old grandsons and there parents. Plenty of inside and outside room.

Wonderful Family Vacation

We rented both houses, and it was perfect for our family, to include grandchildren. The beds were comfortable, the houses were immaculate. Communication was great. I had 3 daughter in laws and a niece with us- we were so thankful for the paddleboards- an added surprise. The girls went out and enjoyed themselves. We will be back! Thank you for sharing your beautiful homes.

PERFECT Riverside House(s)

We have stayed in Parker many times along the river and in the Keys, and Lori and James’s houses were by far the best we have stayed in. We rented both houses, which are basically conjoined, and it was perfect for our multi-family vacation. Everyone was super comfortable with their own room and essentially everyone got their own bathrooms too. The houses were both immaculate and stocked with anything you could need. The location was gorgeous and the area right off the dock is shallow enough to wade in the water/hang out/swim. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful home for fun and relaxation!

This home is located on a great section on the river. It's not too busy, so you do get those quiet mornings on the river, however it isn't too far from the fun river bars. The home is super clean and updated. The manager walked us through everything that we needed to know about the house, which was very helpful. The views of the river and hills are just great and we had 3 different spots on the property to choose from for the views. Very well equipped and very well maintained! We will definitely rent again!!

Priceless location

This house is absolutely incredible, the location and amenities and by far over the top. The owners run a tight program, the decor and furnishing are all updated. The dock, looks new. Boat launch is less then 3min away. Gas and market are directly across the river. I will be back soon and they have a 2nd house next door if you have extra guest. Great meeting you as well in person. Great family location, not for the partying groups at all. Which makes it even more desirable……
