Bad Experience…
"It used to be one of my favourite hotels for business trip to Bristol but this time the experience has been extremely bad… almost 50 minutes waiting for the food at the restaurant during dinners , every single day …. The worst part was the housekeeping service … not done at all during the whole stay ..."

Great little find!
"What a great find. Lovely rooms with great amenities like a hairdryer and straightener. Great tv that I could link to my ow apps and room was spotless. Very convenient hot and cold taps in the corridor and the free coffee downstairs was a lovely touch. Will bring the kids next time!"

The pods are great, all clean, the double bed is definitely cosy but their description of the pod on the website is accurate, it is basic but they never profess to be anything else. "A very nice place to relax and just be. Run by very nice people who were always helpful and friendly. Great pizzas on offer were a real bonus, as we're firepits and wood being available. Will most likely be back in future."
