Hi John, Thank you for taking the time to give us the details in your review. As you mentioned there isn't anything we can do about the popularity of the resort itself. I'm glad you liked the building. We do have a 2nd hot tub on the third floor above the Sundial arch that overlooks the village. Hopefully you can come back soon and try that space out.

Thank you for taking the time to pass this info on to us. I'm glad to hear we were about upgrade you to a more comfortable room. Due to the Condo/hotel aspect of the building the units are all individually owned. The homeowners association for the building does allow dogs, we just do not allow them for the units we manage as a hotel.
