We always prefer ski in/ski out properties, and this was one of the very best we've ever experienced in that regard...such a picturesque setting as well, with the nearest lift nestled just below this Arrowleaf condo. Everything is easy about staying here, and Jay was super responsive with any questions we had during our stay. The condo is lovely and very well equipped...absolultey perfect for the 6 in our family. We will certainly be back!

We stay in this part of Deer Valley every year. This is a terrific unit. The owner and manager are very accessible and friendly. The condo is well appointed and full of supplies. You feel more like you’re staying at your friend’s (fabulous) condo than a normal rental property. Totally perfect holiday week in Deer Valley!

Great week at Deer Valley and stay at Arrowleaf. Condo was amazing and our family loved it. The view from the den is amazing, over the mountains and Park City. Great spot to watch 11 in of snow fall during the week when we were not skiing. From the ski locker, walk up a few steps and you are on the slopes by the Silver Strike Lify. True ski in/out. Arrowleaf also has great amenities- pool table, hot tubs, hot chocolate machine (kid favorite), ans a free shuttle to get you anywhere in Park City. Jay is a great host, answered all our questions up front and checked in during our stay. Look forward to returning!

Spent the week at this incredible ski on/ski off condo at Deer Valley with our three children. Beautiful furnishings, beautiful views, and a cozy atmosphere made for a great place to relax after a day on the mountain. 5 stars all around!

Condo is very comfortable with lots of space to move around in and all the beds were very comfortable. Great location with ski in ski out access. Owner and mngt makes sure you’re treated like it’s your home. Would definitely stay there again!

We just returned from a wonderful week in Deer Valley. Everything was exactly as described in the listing, but even more importantly, the owner/host goes out of his way to make sure your stay will be enjoyable. A month before our stay he reached out with additional information, restaurant suggestions, transportation suggestions, etc., and he remained in close contact with us through our arrival. He was always available to answer the numerous questions that come up before and during your stay, and was genuinely interested in making sure we had a great time. The location is excellent - right on the Silver Strike lift, which makes skiing a breeze. The condo is extremely clean and everyone remarked how comfortable their beds were. The kitchen also had everything you’d need to bring in food or make your own meals, which we did often because of COVID. We would DEFINITELY stay here again. Thank you, Jay!!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this luxurious condo on Deer Valley in the Empire neighborhood. Steps from skiing and the Silver Strike Lift, we were able to step out each morning and start skiing right away. The kitchen was very well stocked and the furnishings and linens were luxurious. I can't say enough great things about this rental. If you love to ski and want to enjoy some quality time with family this is the right place for you!

After renting this condo on VRBO, Jay contacted us. He gave us such detailed information on the property as well as ski rentals, etc.. to help us out. Check in was easy! His manager, Paul, met us and took us to the condo, explained it all and then gave us a tour of the property. The condominium was beautiful and so comfortable. Everything you need is there! It is like you are a friend of Jay and his family, and they are letting you stay for a day, week, or so. The free Empire Shuttle service is included with this rental. There is no need to rent a car. Actually, this was the first time we had not rented a car, and this is definitely the way to go! Great location and the rental is so clean, beautiful and well equipped!

Our family really enjoyed this well appointed condo in Arrowleaf. Excellent location as you can ski in and ski out directly from this property. The condo was very nice with a spacious living area and kitchen plus it is completely stocked with everything you need. The owner is great to work with and was very helpful in assisting with recommendations and services for our stay. Plus there is a property manager if needed. The complex has a spacious ski locker room and our locker had boot dryers. This was a nice perk and so easy for storing our gear after coming in from skiing. Top notch and we will definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing time staying at Jay's condo during Presidient's Week. The condo has everything you could want-- spacious, big bedrooms, high end appliances, beautiful furnishings, nice bathrooms not to mention it has a great view! I didn't fully appreciate how convenient it is to have the use of the ski lockers (and boot warmers!!) right after walking in from the slopes. Trust me, waking up to dry and warm boots is amazing!! The ski-in/ski-out could not be more convenient. Jay was very communicative throughout the rental process, checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly. It is obvious he loves his condo and it is not simply a rental property. Jay and his family use the condo often, so he really cares about making sure it is kept in top condition. Having rented many VRBO units, this condo had to have been the cleanest yet. There is nothing worse then spending a lot of money only to find that it is gross inside. Jay's condo was sparkling! We have been coming to DV for the past 12 years and this was the best visit yet. Even if the snow wasn't amazing (which it was this year) we would have had a terrific stay.

Exactly as advertised. Awesome location. Very comfortable. The condo was terrific for our family of 5. The owner is very easy to work with and helpful. They take a lot of pride in their condo. House manger was extremely helpful. Ski lockers are very convenient. There is a complimentary shuttle to take you anywhere you want to go in Park City. Great service. All in all love we loved our time in Deer Valley and the condo was a huge part of it. Thank you!!!!!

This is a fabulous condo located on one of the least crowded lift lines on the moutain. Easy access to the best blue trails at DV! Owners are terrific - very pleasant rental experience. Would highly recommend and stay here again. Thank you!
