First of all, this condo is in a really great area. Just a short walk to the Cabriolet to get up the mountain. The area is quiet and the views stunning. Now for the bad. I knew the condo was a little outdated but that didn’t matter to me. Cleanliness was not stellar. I found food stuck in the dishes, and there were fruity pebbles on the carpet in one of the bedrooms. That’s not good as one of my guests has Celiac Disease. There was pink mold in the grout and shower door in the bathroom. The pot holders haven’t been washed in months. Overall for the price this is a great rental. The cleanliness needs to be stepped up.

Excellent location to the slopes for the group of guys we had and was not hard to please everyone.
Only issue the property has only one parking permit available and we had two vehicles which made it a bit of a challenge with parking.
Some kitchen items and utensils could be upgraded as well.
Overall a very good place to enjoy all the ski resorts from Snowbird/Alta and deer Valley/park city

worked for what we needed. the hot tub was closed “for cleaning” the entire three days. the parking situation for a condo that sleeps 10 people is not ideal. asked twice for additional parking tags and didn’t receive a response. the condo itself is fine, though. the sleeping situation worked well for our group. the kitchen was well stocked, with the exception of storage containers, so bring bring your own tupperware or ziplocks to take care of any leftovers. the kitchen and all appliances in the house worked well.

Great location close the the cabriolet and very functional. A bit dated but works as needed. The room upstairs was great for the two teenagers and downstairs was quiet, so good for the adults. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Good location, but condo is a bit tired. I don’t think furniture, kitchen, or interior has been updated since it was originally built. Good value for the location if you don’t mind outdated accommodations.

This condo was clean, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. Our kids loved the pool and hot tub. The three bedrooms plus the sleeping "nook" have everyone their own space. The location was very convenient for spending time in the mountains as well as visiting attractions in SLC. It is an older unit with no AC and a lot of stairs, but the price and space made it an excellent value.

Overall our stay was good when considering the lower nightly cost. The location was great with a few minute walk to the cabriolet lift and the slopes. I wouldn’t call this a ski in/ski out but it is close. The bed rooms were generally comfortable. The community hot tub was nice at the end of the day. We did get two nights to enjoy but our last night (a Tuesday) they had cleaned and refilled so it was cold and not useable.
One previous reviewer said that the furnishings and appliances are dated and this is definitely true. This was most evident with the appliances. During our stay the inside oven coil failed so we were only able to use the stove top for the last couple days. Also mid-way through our stay the dishwasher stopped working and we had to hand wash dishes the last couple days. The outdoor grill works but desperately needs to be replaced or the interior to be cleaned out as the drippings easily caught on fire ruining one meal, and the grill cover needs to be replaced. The fireplace was found non-operable; however, after re-reviewing the listing after the fact this was listed at the bottom of the description.
On the last day we ran out of TP. It is requested that ample supplies of TP and paper towel be provided.
The management group uses email to communicate and while responses were received they were not received as promptly as desired. Direct to person support is preferred.
I’m the end our stay was good, spending most of our time on the slopes or in the hot tub. Within our annual trip history this was on the low end of accommodations. However it seems to be priced accordingly based on average canyons and park city accommodations. We also understand that things happen. Future renters should understand the risks given the dated appliances and furnishings.

Rental was very clean.
Small complaint is it is showing it’s age (appliances and such). But it was fair price and honest listing.

We had a great time at the Canyons. The house was the perfect size for my 1 year old with the addition of my cousin to our family trip.
A couple of recommendations to look into: There was a leak in the ceiling when the snow was melting on the roof. Also, the middle room was very cold. Might want to look into having a space heater in there.
