Beautiful house with unbelievable views!!
This house was better than I expected! The views were amazing and the location was great. It was a short drive to skiing and Main Street. The house was newly renovated and very clean. We will be coming back!

DO NOT STAY HERE IN THE SUMMER!
We stayed here for my sister's bachelorette weekend. The house is beautiful but we had several issues upon arrival: 1. THERE IS NO AIR CONDITIONING. The house was EXTREMELY hot inside. The thermostat read 90 degrees all weekend long, even with all the doors and windows open. It was so hot inside the house, one of the guests who was pregnant had to leave. The main living room is all windows which caused the house to really heat up. Overall, it was a very uncomfortable weekend for everyone and we wished the VRBO listing had called attention to no air conditioning because we would have chosen a different property. 2. The floors of the rental were filthy. You could tell that they weren't cleaned before we arrived. Dust and animal hair everywhere. 3. Our last evening at the rental, the fire alarm started going off in every room at 1am. It continued to go off every 30 minutes until 4am. We were never able to figure out why the alarm was going off and none of the guest slept that night. We called and texted the property manager several times and didn't get a response until 10:45am the next day. It was obvious he didn't care about the safety and wellbeing of his guests.

We have since terminated our cleaning partner that serviced the house for your stay and have hired a new cleaning team. - We do not advertise A/C on our listing, but we're sorry this caught you off guard Thanks for letting us know about your stay!

Home looked great from the pictures but they have not kept it up.
Hot tub was broken, stains in the carpet, it wasn’t at check in and once it was cleaned the communication with property management was limited and only the cleaning service took accountability. The property management still hasn’t responded to any messages. There was a locked closet which wasn’t really locked that had old sheets and towels with multiple bottles of alcohol(which isn’t good for children and teens to have access to). Paid way too much to have this experience and lack of support. Evolve property management was not helpful nor aware of property needs. I hope they do the right thing and follow up on this post and others.
