Hi Angela, I'm so glad you enjoyed your stay, that house is awesome for large groups. The idea of adding a door as kind of a sound barrier is a great idea, we will definitely look into. Thank you for the suggestion.

Hi Larry, I'm so sorry about the disappointment over the hot tub. We have had to remove the hot tub temporarily due to some bad renters that ruined it for everyone. We are working now on reinforcing the deck so that we can put it on a private deck where renters can use the hot tub without upsetting the neighbors. We hope to have that done in 60-90 days. I'm glad the rest of your stay was awesome.

Hi Sandy, Thanks for your 5 star Review. Very kind. I did email you about the hot tub but I should have done a better job of communicating that to you. With that said we are currently reinforcing the front deck so that we can put the hot tub on the front deck. Should take us about 3 months to get that done so we can have one again! Should be ready for the Summer bookings.

HI Alison, thanks for your review! I'm so sorry about the hot tub issue. Park City put a temporary stop on our hot tub because we had some inebriated guests that created a really large stir in the middle of the night. :) We are working with the City to get it reinstated now. Also the home is designed as a Modern Mountain home and so doesn't have a ton of fluff and decor but it was professionally designed and looks great in our opinion. Sorry there wasn't enough for you though!

Thanks for your review Brian. I removed the check mark on the Pool table. Sorry about that. There is a ping pong table, 3k+ arcade game, shuffle board and other games however. Also I removed the playground as that is on backorder. But there is still plenty of room to play in the backyard with the kids and around the property!

Thanks for your review. Yes, you had way too many cars. If I had known I would have told you we couldn't have more than 4 cars in the garage and 6 cars in the driveway. Also you were parking on the front yard and all over the road. It was pretty bad. You threw a huge party without discussing it with me first. We never get complaints from the backyard neighbor. You are the only one. You had a massive party out there with tons of noise etc. If you stay again, we will have to manage that quite a bit better. All of our renters have been able to enjoy the hot tub and outside without any issues. You were our first one to ever have any issue or to receive a complaint. In fact you were so loud the police were calle The renderings were placed there to show future renters how it will look when done with landscaping. Landscaping is officially starting tomorrow (8/19) and will be done by September 3rd, 2020. Once finished we will replace the renderings with the new pics. You knew that landscaping wasn't completed yet. We discussed this prior to your arrival. So your review is a bit confusing. It will be done by the end of this month. But regardless thank you for your stay and I'm glad it all worked out in the end.
