Ski vacation during college spring break

Great place as advertised in listing; easy short walk to Cabriolet lift and right on the golf course; jacuzzi was a must do - clean and hot; good, practical rooms layout with most of bedrooms on 2nd floor; only down side was losing power for 4hours due to nearby construction and lock off propane tank on the outside grill.

Great condo for our ski trip.

The condo was furnished nicely, the kitchen was adequate, and the fireplace and hot tub were great. We all enjoyed our stay and the snow was amazing.

Christmas Framily Trip

The house is very convenient to the cabriolet to get up to the mountain base. Bryan and Sonja were very responsive and helpful during the stay. The home was perfect. We had a great time despite a lack of natural snow.

Excellent Location

The property was as described and well managed. The location was amazing — right next to the gondola to take you up the mountain. Recommend renting a car to explore Park City, but it is also close to the shuttle.

Wonderful house with everything

House was perfect for all of us. Ski in ski out was so nice. Hot tub in back was wonderful. House had everything we needed to cook meals. Garage for skis. Property manager checked in on us- so I’m assuming if we needed her we would have been able to get ahold of her easily. Very much enjoyed this property. Would absolutely recommend. Thanks for making our first ski trip to Park City so enjoyable!

Absolutely amazing!!!!!! Perfect!!!

This place in Moab was absolutely perfect place to rent for a family of 10… and we still had plenty of our own space! The pool was out the back door and was very nice. I can’t say enough good about this place! There was nothing wrong with this place! We even got our own attached garage parking!!

Good times with the family

We happened to come during some very hot weather and wished for air conditioning! It got pretty hot, especially in the bunk room with no windows. We loved the private hot tub! It was a big hit!

Great location

Great location in Canyons! Just walk out of the culdesac and you’re at the gondola to get to the base, or to catch the free shuttle over to Main Street. Clean, nice layout, and we definitely felt it was a perfect location.

Could’ve been nice

There were a ridiculous amount of bugs in the house. They covered the walls & windows & got into our food. Also, the hot tub was filthy with dirt. We had to clean it several times in order to use it.

Great stay for families.

Location was great, close to lift or shuttle. Property was spacious for our two families and all our ski gear. The kids enjoyed the hot tub and their own living space. Sonja was very responsive upon our early arrival to let us store items while cleaning was completed.

Exactly what we needed

Very happy with our stay! Sonja and Bryan were extremely responsive and friendly when I reached out for questions. The rooms were clean, well maintained and comfortable for our whole group. The hot tub is essential for a ski trip and the kitchen was well equipped for our cooking needs. It was super easy to get to the cabriolet lift and to ski the canyons. It takes a bit of traversing to get to the park city mountain but we didn’t mind because we wanted to explore! Thanks for having us! We will definitely reach out if we’re back in the area!

Very nice property that comfortably fit 2 families of 4/5. Great location within 3 min walk of Cabriolet lift to Canyons Resort. Extremely easy check-in & out. Property manager (Sonja) was easily reachable by text & very responsive

Great Vacation!

The neighborhood was great! Small and quiet. It was a very short walking distance from lifts and bus stops. We arrived a little early and couldn't access the door lock (it was coded) so the property manager remotely unlocked it for us after one quick phone call. The first impression of the condo was that it was nice and clean. There was plenty of room for all 6 adults on our vacation. We easily split into our 3 different rooms and settled in. Pros: Clean. Location to lifts and free bus routes. Quiet. Hot tub was clean and easy to use. Good property management. Large enough that 6 adults didn't feel crowded. Fire place was nice and easy to use. The two seating areas (upstairs and downstairs) were really nice! Lots of blankets and extra pillows. Cons: Small showers. Kitchen could have been stocked a little better and maybe some non-breakable cups/glasses. There were plenty of dishes and coffee cups but kind of short on normal drinking glasses/cups. The beds weren't great BUT that's difficult to judge bc everyone likes different firmness/softness levels. Overall, it was a very nice place to stay and would consider staying again!
