Good decent property. Rooms are small but have all the necessary equipment. Just a bit noisy if you have people staying above tou. Good shuttle and good bus stops nearby

Room had everything needed for eating in, but restaurants were within walking distance if you wanted to eat out. Shuttle to the ski resorts was a huge plus!

Clean, nice, and great close location to the ski mountains. Shuttle service is perfect. Very nice employees and accommodating in every way. Everything you need for a week or longer stay!

Better than expected
Excellent spot for Sundance. Very impressed with the shuttle service. The front desk staff was able to assist any needs. It's not fancy but it's also better than I expected. Would stay again!

Great location for anyone looking to snowboard in park city, reasonably priced and had everything we needed, including a free shuttle bus to all the resorts

The unit we were in was dated and cheap. The blind on the windows didn’t cover the entire windows. There were no basic spices in the kitchenette. Even the luggage carts were old and wobbly. The WiFi was horrible! Netflix kept stopping to buffer because of very limited bandwidth. Nice area but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Old property with nothing updated, old bathrooms, carpet, furniture and a smell of mold. The heating system doesn’t heat all the apartment and it’s not heating everywhere.

Older condo building but in good shape. One of the few around that offered 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths at a reasonable price.

Family Trip
Great location, room size and amenities were great. Bunk beds weren’t the most comfortable according to the kids but the king bed was. Highly recommend this location if you come to Park City.

Hiking trip
The place was very clean, everything was stocked very well, the master bedroom had a king bed very comfortable , the room with the bunk beds were very comfortable the only thing I had a hard time with was the couch that pulled out in a hideaway bed the mattress was just very thin it was new but you can fill the bars through the mattress.the pool is great nice and clean smell the chlorine, there's lots of hiking in the mountains , Park City old downtown is like 6 minutes away , lots of stores grocery stores gas stations around, I booked through hotels.com excellent choice I've ever made the price was great I will do it again, thank you

Perfect place for a ski vacation in Park City
This is a great place. I went with my kids for a ski trip. It I s really well located. They offer a free shuttle and they always seem to be happy to take you any place. The staff is truly easy going, happy to help, and happy to always talk to you. I got a full kitchen with a separate room for the kids at a great rate. This place is locally owned and it shows by how much the staff cares. There is a ski rental place just on the other side of the street. A Starbucks, Walgreen, and Fresh Market at half a mile away. Restaurants close by.

Best place in Park City
This hotel is the perfect place to stay in Park City. Nice staff, clean, hot tub and pool with robes. Very decent rooms and kitchen with all the appliances and ustensils necessary. Free shuttle to go ski and local free shuttle in front of the hotel (5 line -yellow bus). Well located closed to nice restaurant and market. Did I mentionned the fireplace in the living room and you can buy some bundles to turn your living room into a nice cozy place after ski? Can't say enough good things about this hotel.

Resort private shuttle, large hot tub, very accommodating for storing luggage, robes, free laundry, 3 mins to ski base, comfortable bed. Lots of dinner options in walking distance. Did not like wood burning fireplace, would prefer gas fireplace.

Loved the shuttle drivers and the ability to go direct from hotel to Park City or Deer Valley to ski. Suffered in our first floor room from extremely cold floors that never warmed up, which made the whole place cold even with the thermastat set up to 76 degrees. Apparently it is an old slab on grade building that brings the outside cold directly into the floors of the first floor rooms. The hot tub was very clean and a perfect temperature, supplying robes for your walk to the hot tub and pool was a nice bonus.

Great choice
Great place to stay if skiing in the area. Walking distance to food and shops. Everyone very friendly. The room holds a lot of amenities like robes, kitchen utensils and bath products. Great pool/spa hours. Wish they had dvds to rent out with the dvd player. Thursday there were donuts in the lobby. Friendly staff and ample room for a family

We have stayed here in the past. It is a great place to stay. It is affordable and still has all the nice additions (kitchen, hot tub, coffee in the lobby and very comfortable beds). They have a shuttle service into town (nice driver)- very convenient. As mentioned, we have stayed here before and will continue to come back.

Not very many plates/cups. Propane was empty for both gas grills. Furnace thermostat froze to always on. Refrigerator began making a loud noise on the first morning of our stay. Thankfully, the maintenance crew was able to resolve all the issues within an our of notifying them of the issues. Hide-a-bed didn't have sheets. All the rooms external doors face the outdoor elements instead of an enclosed hallway like other hotels. In the winter, this wasn't great, especially going to the pool and back to our room. Pool and Hot Tub were great.
