The condo was great but the air conditioning system needs to be fixed. The upstairs was hot and the lower level was cold. The kitchen level was fine.

Spacious condo in a Great Location

Overall, I would give this place high marks. The location is great. You are a 5 walk to the lifts at the Silver Lake Lodge, and a 2 minute walk to a bus stop where you can get a free 10 minute ride into Park City. The condo itself was remodeled fairly recently with nice finishes and appliances. It has ample space in the condo and a beautiful view of the mountain. It also has a gas assisted, wood burning fireplace and a hot tub that is easily accessed through the lower level of the 3 story unit. The only drawbacks are the garage, which is very small and is does not have an inside entry into the unit. We were barely able to fit the smaller of our two rental cars into the garage, but you do have a second spot in the driveway as well as some guest spaces close by. There was pretty limited area to change in and out of ski gear and store things like ski boots, helmet/googles, etc. The kitchen has some quirks too - you can't open the cabine with the garbage when dishwasher is open and vice versa, the freezer is small area detached from the refrigerator, but that's being pretty nitpicky. The service from Abode was quite good as well. They were very responsive via their customer service text line leading up to and during our stay, and there was a host that met us at the unit when we arrived and walked us through everything. Overall, it's a great place and I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Dreamy Ski Vacation at Little Belle

Our extended family of 8 spent four nights. It feels brand new, clean and modern and spacious, but with lots of nice touches that make it cozy as well. We cooked several meals in the kitchen and found it well-stocked with dishes, pots and pans. Convenient mid-mountain location with a 7 minute walk to Silver Lake Lodge.

Family trip

The property was in a great location in Silver Lake and a 5 min or less walk to the ski lift and hiking trails. The unit was spacious and well appointed. It was very clean and included luxury linens and furnishings. The interiors and finishes and furnishings were very beautiful and obviously selected by a professional. We loved the attention to detail, quality of the furnishings, and the spaciousness of Little Belle 5. The team at Abode was friendly and helpful through our stay. We plan to return and recommend Little Belle 5.

We have stayed at Deer Valley many times. This unit is awesome. A short walk to Silver Village.

The rental agent is Abode. These folks are “Class Acts”. The unit is well equipped and the manager is extremely responsive.

Our family really appreciated the attention to detail at the property. Beautifully furnished with everything we needed. So close to Park City restaurants and shops as well as a number of hiking trails. Loved it. Pictures dont do it justice.

Family Reunion

Beautiful setting - modern nicely updated lovely home best suited for older kids and adults. Issues included lack of outdoor furniture for balcony, missing kitchen items, and malfunctioning clothes dryer. Temp control among the three floors was a challenge. Too cold at in the 2 bedroom basement and too hot at the 3rd floor bedroom. Management company was responsive to our smaller requests but not able to provide outdoor furniture or fix dryer in time.

Fantastic beautiful place

Reviews matter to me when I am booking a property. Abode on Little Belle was absolutely perfect. It was beautifully done, comfortable, and clean. The beds were extremely comfortable with nice bedding. The living spaces were gorgeous and we had spectacular views. The townhouse has a garage and private entrance. We can’t thank the staff enough. Wherever you stay something may not work or you need a last minute delivery, they were outstanding! Including the grounds keepers who always shoveled off the property like invisible elves every morning. Oh did we mention our apres ski private hot tub that is positioned perfectly to see the gorgeous afternoon sunset? 5 stars hands down! We recommend getting them to stock your groceries, and drinks prior to your arrival. We really appreciated that service!
