Great Property

We were a family of 6 adults and 2 children and the townhouse was perfect. We love to cook and the unit had just about anything we could have wanted. There were plenty of towels, and everything was top quality. We had one hiccup where the Directtv wasn't working, but, within minutes of reaching out to the property manager, it was resolved. They were great to work with and very responsive. We will for sure visit again, maybe next time in the summer and play a few rounds of golf. Highly recommend this property.

Poorly managed

The property is beautiful and well appointed. The management is a disaster. We were sent a dozen emails asking us to download the app and advertising other things. Only 1 was sent with the code to the house and it was incorrect. We spent two hours calling 3 different entities who each handed us off to another. Finally someone gave us the code to the garage and told us they would fix the door issue. They never called back. We had to use the garage to enter/exit for 4 days. 2 hours in the cold at 10 pm at night is fairly miserable checkin experience. The trash cans were overflowing from previous guests. So - nice property - poorly managed.

Great House on peaceful cul de sac

Abode at Fairways was a great choice for 2 families with 2 kids each. It was equivalent to a five star hotel so I won’t point out the pros because there are so many. The cons are the distance to the gondolas but that really wasn’t a big deal because of the free shuttle in park city which was very efficient. We didn’t love the bedding that came along. We prefer down comforters in cold weather destinations. Only other con was the lack of a hot tub which is kind of needed after a day on the slopes. Those 2-3 things aside it was perfection and we’d probably stay there again on a future visit to Park City.

This house was a winter wonderland dream come true! The house was beautiful, clean, big!

I would highly recommend this house for anyone going to Park City! The house decor was beautiful, it was very clean and we had more than enough room for 8 people. The communication with the owner was great and we loved that it was in a quiet neighborhood yet centrally located to winter wonderland activities. We had a blast and will be back!

Great location

Our family had a great time. There was plenty of space for our family of 6! We skied almost everyday we were there! Frostwood gondola was about a 5-10 min walk away, but canyons also has a shuttle you can contact, which was very convenient for the kids! Would love to stay again next year.

Wonderful Stay

This is a great stay all around! Everything inside feels brand new. Wonderful master suite upstairs. Lots of room downstairs. Communication was great the entire time. Kitchen has everything you’d ever need. Can’t wait to come back!

High end experience, exactly as described

The house is new and well designed. Pros: new place, comfy beds, nice kitchen and a garage. Slight Cons: it’s up a hill at the end of a street so not an easy walk in ski boots. Overall a really great experiebce with Abode Rentals. Thank you!!

Beautiful luxurious home with everything you need!!!

We had a family of 10. The home was perfect! Even the pull out queen sofas were comfortable. The gas fireplace, the high end kitchen appliances! And the kitchen was so well equipped. 2 laundry rooms! Great views and just a beautiful place to stay. Abode luxury rentals, mark and Kim were very responsive with questions!! Great experience. Oh, and did I mention the heated bathroom floors??? Thank you And the canyon connect shuttle service was perfect to avoid any walk to base of mountain. Like Uber. You just download app and request a ride!!

Nice home, near gondolas with easy shuttle access

The home is very new and nice. We were greeted by Mark upon arrival and communication was very easy. There was no problems with check in. We had everything we needed, and there was an on-demand shuttle during the time we were there for the Canyons Village area, which was a very nice bonus for convenience of getting to the gondolas and the areas around Canyons Village. The house had all amenities and two sets of washer and dryers. Kitchen was fully stocked and we had no issues cooking. I wished there was a hot tub, but that wasn't a deal breaker at all. This place is highly recommended, and Mark and the Abode team were very accommodating.

Fabulous townhouse

We have rented many places in this area and this is by far the best one yet. The view is gorgeous and the town home is surrounded by nice open space. All of the beds were super comfortable. The heated floors are delightful on a cold day. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked and perfect for the gourmet cooks with our group. We used the Frostwood gondola, but the hike back up the hill that 1st day was a bit tough. The rest of our stay we drove to PCM.

Beautiful rental in Park City for Extended family

Loved the home. So clean and beautifully furnished tri-level townhome that worked great for my husband and myself, our two grown sons, their wives and two grandkids. Hubby and I had the master on the top floor which was so great with a fireplace in the middle of the room which we greatly enjoyed. Bed and bedding so comfy and room was beautifully decorated. Heated flooring was fab in the bathroom. The lower level contained two bedrooms, one full bathroom to share, and a laundry room, which we didn't use, but would have been wonderful if needed. Only downside was the shared bathroom for two couples, but it worked out okay. The middle level had a 1/2 bath and an open kitchen/family room/dining area which was nicely laid out, since seating in the family was just a sofa and two chairs. We just utilized the bar stools and kitchen table and chairs for games at night and worked out great. The kitchen had all the appliances, cookware and utensils that we needed for our meals. We were short on pillows and needed a couple extra towels and we contacted Abode and they responded with plenty of both! Would rent this home again and use Abode as well. Great experience!
