This was our first visit to Park City, our family 4, plus grandma came and this place blew us all away. It was honestly the nicest rental I have ever booked. It was so well appointed I have no notes. Every member of the family had their own bedroom. Top of the line everything. Nothing was worn out or old. Unfortunately I tore my ACL skiing, but I can’t imagine a better place to sit and watch the snowfall. I was still able to get in the hot tub and sit by the fire and honestly because we had such a nice place, I still had a fantastic trip. We’re booking next year right away.

Perfect Getaway

Location, Location, Location

This home was located conveniently to the Deer Valley shuttle stop and in a nice enclave of homes and townhomes. The home has three levels of living space, with a bedroom and bath on each level, so it is great for a family to spread out and have some privacy. There are great views of Deer Valley mountain from the home, particularly when enjoying the hot tub after a day of skiing. The manager was very responsive and tried to address any issues as quickly as possible. The manager believed that guests of the home could use Deer Valley Direct for transportation. There must be some miscommunication, as this address required a pass code to call for a shuttle and the manager was unable to resolve this issue. The shuttle route has a stop just a short walk from the home, so this is not a big issue, just don't rely on the ability to use Deer Valley Direct. On our last day the heat stopped functioning and they were unable to fix it. So, our last night was very cold, particularly in the downstairs bedroom. That was unfortunate, but some things just happen. Overall, a great place to stay.

Beautiful rustic home!

We were 3 Senior couples vacationing in Park City to get away from heat in the South. This house was perfect! 3 king size beds with private baths. Close to everything. Beautiful area in Deer Valley. The house had all the amenities we needed. Enjoyed our stay immensely!

Early summer getaway

We wanted an early summer getaway so we booked this gorgeous property. Great views and the hot tub on the deck is awesome after a day of hiking. The grill is hooked up to the gas from the house and we used it twice. 4 bedrooms and tons of space! Kitchen is well stocked and current. Management company let us know how to check in and communicated often and helped us plan some hikes. We were thrilled with our stay. House is just perfect. A place to park in the garage was a plus. It doesn’t have A/C but we never needed it anyway. Fantastic stay!

Fall Trip to Park City

What an amazing house! We spent a long weekend with the kids and had the best time. The house exceeded our expectations - spotlessly clean, high end furniture/bedding, and a kitchen equipped with everything imaginable. It even had board games stocked for the kids and a hot tub on the deck :) Three large en-suite bedrooms with king beds plus a bunk room was more than enough space for everyone. The management team was so helpful and happily accommodated our last minute early check in request. Great central location within minutes to everything! We even got a visit from the resident moose family who lounged around the property for a few hours- so cool! 10/10 will be staying here our next trip back.

Beautiful home in great location

We really loved this home for our family during our stay. It was in a great location and well furnished/stocked. Communication with management company was easy and much appreciated. The layout of the home was perfect, having three floors with master suites on each and extra bathrooms on two floors. Will definitely rent this property again upon return to Park City.

This house makes us want to move right in to Deer Valley. Abode does a superb job of prepping and stocking the house. Great location. Nice shade even in the heat of August - no need for AC just manage the windows open night/closed day. We want to return.

Great House in Deer Valley

My wife and I just spent a week off-season at this home. It is a great house, with a (gas) fireplace in the main living room and in the upstairs bedroom. There are bedrooms (with en suite bathrooms) on each of the three levels, so if you bring a group, you can spread out. The kitchen is big and well appointed, with a six-burner Viking stove top and a big oven. There are plenty of pots, pans, and utensils. We used the (very nice) espresso machine every day, and we used the three-burner Weber grill a couple times too. Management is super-communicative and super-responsive; we found a cracked coffee pot on the first morning, and someone (Tim, thanks!) came over with a replacement that day. The only caveat is that the photos might make it seem like the house is off by itself, but no it's pretty close to the neighbors and there is a shared driveway. But really, things are pretty packed in all over PC, and this is a very nice detached home, not a condo so it's quiet and private.
