Super Bowl fun in Park City

Condo is in a great location with a short walk to Park City lifts. Updated amenities—bathrooms, kitchen. Master was well appointed. Kitchen was not very well stocked—limited pans, only salt & pepper. No Saran Wrap or bags, no oil. 2nd bedroom better for young people…a bit unstable for adults. It is a little dark as bedrooms have no/small windows. Property manager, Chris, was generally responsive after a bit of a delay when we were checking in.

Fantastic place to stay!

Great property, walking distance to lifts and short drive to downtown. Location clean and well kept. Lost electricity one night, text property manager about reporting it. Immediate response and action taken to update me on the status. Much appreciated! Had a great time and super nice place to visit

Clean, Quiet and Private Property

Our host, Chris, was wonderful - very accommodating and responsive with questions during our stay. The condo is super clean, really quiet and private (it overlooks the golf course). Fantastic location in Park City downtown area - close to great hiking trails (the purpose of our stay), lifts, and restaurants/shopping. Kitchen was well-stocked and the bed was super comfy (sheets super soft). Wi-Fi excellent, too. No issues during our stay. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Great place for families ski vacation.

The unit is great for a family with 2 kids. Very comfortable and cozy and the best part is the backyard (golf course with lots of place to sled, build snowman, and play). The wide open view with trees and snow from the living area is beautiful and serene. This is our second time staying in the unit. Chris the property manager is very responsive and helpful.

Spring Break

The property itself and the location are outstanding. The condo had everything you need including parking. The shuttle stops right at the drive, but the ski area is within walking distance. We were here skiing with our two college sons. Park City and our condo met all of our expectations and we will definitely return. Thank you Chris for excellent communication and a wonderful stay!

Perfect Short Guys getaway

Property manager is professional, responsive and accommodating. Property was clean and easy to find. Location is good with a 10 minute walk to lifts, pain if you are carrying skis so I strongly recommend paying for valet to hold skis at one of the shops. All in, great condo and well stocked.

Great location, great unit.

This particular unit at Three Kings is located near the hot tub and pool which is nice. Convenient to the slopes, well stocked, clean and comfortable. We stayed 3 weeks and the existing vacuum was not good but the rental company brought a new one right away. They were responsive when we needed something. Parking is tight but these are old units and originally not meant for big vehicles. Walls are fairly thin and we had a family next to us with loud kids at times but nothing too major. The unit has a beautiful view of the golf course and we were lucky enough to see a moose walk by. Overall, I would recommend this unit!

Wonderful space

We enjoyed our stay very much! The condo was very clean and functional for our week long vacation. Close to mountain, shopping, Main Street etc. The clubhouse was also very clean and we loved the huge hot tub.

Great stay

I can't say enough good things about this property. The unit was the perfect size for our family of four. This rental was better equipped with towels, cleaning supplies, dishes, etc., than any other property I've rented. The owner was super responsive and very kind. My only criticism is that the parking spot is a little tight to get in and out of with a large SUV. Otherwise, a great stay!

Updated property and decor, good location

We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo has been updated nicely and is located near to the pool. We liked the view of the cross country skiers from the back deck, as well, and the fireplace was cozy.

Home away from home

Great place to stay when in Park City. Clean, comfortable and right on the green bus line for an easy 5 min ride into town. Excellent communication from Chris the host. We will definitely stay here again on our next ski trip.

Great setup for family ski trip!

Condo is nicely updated and a great option for families. All the bedding and linens were very high quality and beds were comfortable. The master bedroom and bath upstairs are huge. Also nice having an additional shower downstairs for kids or guests. Very convenient to bus stop (2 Green) that will take you to Park City Resort and Downtown. Condo is close to the lifts but too far of a walk for our 8 year old twins so we took the bus to the mountain and then walked home (easier downhill) at end of day. Would also recommend leaving your skis at mountain with valet. Not a huge cost and worth it. Condo has all the necessary appliances and plenty of silverware/plates. Only complaint is both TV’s don’t have HD service which kinda stunk for the Super Bowl but we didn’t come to Park City to watch TV. Pool and Hot Tub are close and would definitely encourage using them. They were never crowded and were perfect after a long day of skiing. Just make sure you bring towels from the condo because they aren’t provided at pool. Chris was great to communicate with and always responded on time.

Beautiful Mounatin Getaway!

Upon entry of the condo the first thought was that the photos do not do it justice! The unit is well decorated, very clean and well appointed with everything that we needed. Our Family of 5 was very comfortable here and what made it better was the short walk to Park City Mountain Resort! Communication with CHris was simple and easy. We definitely will be back for another visit!
