Great location to town. Easy check in and the hot tub was awesome to have. Garage space is great, but the height of the entrance was pretty low so u had to take my ski rack off to get into the garage. Otherwise great across the board!

We had a great experience staying here! Location is so convenient for skiing and Main st. The bus stop is right outside the building. The building and surrounding area are well maintained, I always saw someone clearing walkways and staircases when it started snowing.Kitchen is well stocked with lots of appliances- slow cooker, rice cooker, blender, coffee maker. Also lots of board games, books, and small simple toys for kids to enjoy.There are a lot of stairs but each flight is shorter than a normal staircase.Hot tub is a major plus! This is a fantastic location and we hope to come back soon.

The condo had plenty of space for our family. The private hot tub was a hit! The condo has multiple floors with one room (bedroom/kitchen/living) on each floor. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. Since there aren’t local channels in the condo and our stay was during college football playoffs, we Airplayed the games or connected our computer with the provided HDMI cable to the TV. We were unsure if our large SUV (Expedition) would fit in the garage with the cross bars on it, but were pleasantly surprised it did. (Height allowance is 6’6”.) We took the car top carrier off before entering the garage and then placed it in front of our car. It was great having a storage locker in the garage to store our ski equipment. The bus stop to the slopes was just a few feet away from the garage. The host was very responsive. Upon leaving I made him aware of a few small things that could use some attention.

Great and interesting house

Superb location for Deer Valley and Park City. Everything you needed for our stay was available. The hot tub was great after a hard day skiing.Some of the decorations and facilities are starting to look tired but still great value for money

Excellent location townhouse!

This townhouse is located on the free Park City bus route, which is THE way to get to the slopes, and an easy walk to downtown. The kitchen was well appointed and we cooked in several times during our 5 day/4 night stay. It was nice to have all the bathrooms - one for each bedroom and then an additional half bath. Sleeping arrangements were tight for our group of 7 adults but would be fine for 6. The closet space is at a premium, as there are items (sheets, towels, etc) stored there so I would recommend packing lightly. The indoor parking was wonderful and even fit our very large SUV.

Nice condo with everything for ski vacation and located half way between Deer Valley and Park City. Buses every 6 minutes both ways or easy pickups from Uber Lyft. Hot tub private on roof. Gas fireplace. Space heater for ground level bedroom with twins as can get a bit cold since heat rises there.

3 bdrm, hot tub with great location

We stayed as 3 couples. Communication from beginning to end was excellent. On arrival easy access to parking garage (very limited garage height, maybe 6’6”, so check to see if your vehicle will fit), condo is right up first flight of stairs from garage. Entering property is easy with electronic locks. There are a lot of stairs in the property so if you struggle with stairs, I would consider another place. Beds were set up as 3 kings which was perfect. Interior is a bit antiquated, but easy to look past. Plenty of seating in living room. There were some stains on the floors, but at the end of a ski season that’s what I would expect. Nice that each room has private bathroom/shower. Top floor shower definitely needs to be re-tiled/caulked which owner said was being done in spring. Hot tub was great but more than 4-5 people gets pretty snug! 10 minute walk to Main Street, with a bus stop just outside in front of the garage entrance. We had an awesome time in Park City and would definitely stay here again.

Park City 1st time adventure

We did everything we could in park city from skiing to snowmobiling. Visited downtown in our five day stay. Location was great and the hot tub made the stay very relaxing. Great spot with everything you may need to make the vacation enjoyable!!!

bus stops essentially directly outside the property made getting into town or to the slopes very easy (tip: use google maps to help catch the correct bus etc). Also, easy walk into town as well, about 1/3 mile. The condo had plenty of room. The hot tub was great.

Great Spot in Park City

You can't beat the location, unless you want to be on Main Street. 10 minute walk to Main Street. Bus stop right outside to catch the bus to Deer Valley, Park City base or the Canyons base. Inside parking, ski locker, and a nice outdoor private hot tub. The unit does have a lot of stairs - 5 levels from the front door. Each bedroom is on its own level and has its own full bath. Kitchen is well stocked and all the appliances are fully functional. One of the few places we've stayed where the knives are sharp and the nonstick pans are in great shape. It is not a modern or recently renovated unit, so expect older furnishings and finishes.

Excellent location

Had a great time skiing at deer valley. Property exactly as advertised. Great location, nice condo. Interesting layout. Lots of space and great amenities. Nice to be able to park vehicles in enclosed garage. Hope to go back in the next couple years. Would definitely stay in this condo again! We all really enjoyed it.

Great Location

Owner's description is very accurate. Super convenient location. Steps to free bus service and walking distance to Main St. Private hot tub is well maintained with a great view. We were a party of 5. One married couple and three singles. Layout of property was perfect for our group. We cooked in so the updated kitchen was great. Property has been well-used. There is some household maintenance which needs a bit of attention: Third-floor bathroom tiles need regrouting and kitchen disposal probably should be replaced. Crowded closet spaces left little room for traveler's belongings. Overall, this was a great choice for us and we recommend it to anyone. We would definitely come back!

Wonderful stay close to the Park City base!

This was a wonderful property for a group that is planning to take advantage of the Park City base! The rooms are spacious, the kitchen is well-equipped, the property receives daily maintenance, the parking is simple, and the bus lines to the ski resort and Main Street are right out side. This is a fantastic listing.

Can't beat the location

We enjoyed our stay in Park City. The unit is near downtown with easy access to resorts as well as grocery stores / walgreens etc. The unit had all of the essentials stocked and plenty of space. The hot tub was great at night looking at the stars. The place could use a little TLC, but the original fixtures / decor added to the character if you go into it knowing it's a little dated. There are a lot of stairs required to navigate around the unit.

Cozy, comfortable and great location

Property was in good condition and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Hot tub was fantastic and nice of property management to come by and clean all the snow (it snowed a lot while we were there). The location was great, easy to take the free bus to and from the town and ski areas. As the listing mentioned, the bus was literally steps from the property. The only nit pick items to call out were the TV/cable options - we always pack a fire stick so we worked around it. The other was the grout/caulk in the upstairs bath, needs a redo so it does not look dirty. We would stay again!
