"My family and I had an incredible time at this house. The pool is amazing and my kids had a great time on the slide. My husband and I enjoyed our evenings out by the fire pit and when it got a bit chilly, we relaxed in the hot tub. We also spent much needed family time around the pool table. "Beautiful house and yard. Was very happy with everything. Only thing that was not great was you could not shut fan off in kitchen and the lights being above it makes everything flash. Causing a headache if you were in there too long. Was here for work but will definitely be bringing my wife back one weekend just to relax. Thank you it was a great stay. "This is our second time staying at this beautiful place but our first in this cottage. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is decorated so cute with aniques and has 2 comfy queen beds, a kitchen area and a separate living area. It also has a nice size bathroom with a shower. The best part for me was the outdoor space. It is so quiet and I got to see fireflies (lightening bugs). That was such a treat. It took me back to my childhood. ❤️"

"Wonderful stay! The house is perfect for entertaining. Inside the house, the kitchen and common area are enormous. But the outside was my favorite! The backyard was sprawling and has a lovely view of the Colorado River. It’s an absolute must to kayak/canoe on the river. This part of the river is expansive but very calm.
