"Our hosts, Popi and Panis were extremely kind and attentive. They served us a daily delicious breakfast. The villa is in a great location in Assos! It's just a block away from the town center. There's 3 parking areas. You'll need to know where they are when you arrive. I highly recommend staying here! We loved it!"

The courtyard is amazing, and the views looking across Agia Effimia harbour are absolutely incredible. ​Stavros was an exceptional, genuinely helpful host who went above and beyond at all times to ensure we had the best holiday. "The pool area was beautifully landscaped with olive trees, gorgeous flowers, plants and an abundance of rosemary. We did feel a little disappointed the pool was within the hotel rather than facing out to sea. It gave the impression the hotel could be anywhere. Visitors need to be aware of the construction work below of a new, very large hotel. Only the roofs are visible fortunately, but there is some noise if you go to the nearest small beach. With just 4 villas it was quiet, but literally a 5 minute drive from Sami main promenade with a great selection of restaurants and shops.
