The Space:
Enjoy a peaceful stay in this completely renovated two-bedroom apartment, located close to the Champs de Mars and the Eiffel Tower! Perfectly furnished, it can accommodate up to six people.
The apartment includes:
• A living room: a bright space with a convertible sofa bed for two people, a Smart connected television and storage space.
• An open kitchen: fully equipped with hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, pots and pans.
• A dining area: designed to enjoy your meals comfortably.
• 1st bedroom: equipped with a Queen-size bed (160 × 200 cm) with new and extremely comfortable bedding, storage and ceiling fan.
• 2nd bedroom: equipped with a Queen-size bed (160 × 200 cm) with new and extremely comfortable bedding, storage and ceiling fan.
• A bathroom: includes a bathtub and toilet, as well as a hairdryer, washing machine, soap and shampoo.
Sheets, blankets and pillows are provided for the duration of your stay.
The apartment also has a drying rack, iron and ironing board.

The Neighborhood:
You will be staying in a residential and dynamic area of the 15th arrondissement, between the shopping streets of Vaugirard and the Javel district, perfect for discovering Paris on foot while enjoying a lively local life. A few minutes' walk away, you can enjoy a coffee or brunch at popular addresses like Café du Commerce or Le Pavillon du 15ème, and have lunch or dinner at renowned restaurants such as Les Cocottes or Bistrot du Parc, perfect for an authentic Parisian culinary experience. For your daily shopping, several supermarkets and local shops are within walking distance, such as Carrefour City, Franprix, bakeries and greengrocers for fresh bread, fruit, wine and local products. The area is pleasant for strolling between cafes, shops and local markets, offering a real immersion in Parisian life.

From the Airport
Charles de Gaulle (CDG): A direct RER B train will take you to Denfert-Rochereau, from where you can hop on the Metro Line 6 towards Charles de Gaulle Étoile and get off at Pasteur. It's a short walk to the apartment from there.
Orly Airport: Take the Orlyval to Antony, switch to the RER B to Denfert-Rochereau, and then Metro Line 6 to Pasteur.
From Train Stations
Gare du Nord/Gare de l'Est: Take Metro Line 4 towards Mairie de Montrouge and switch at Montparnasse-Bienvenüe to Line 6. Get off at Pasteur.
Gare de Lyon: You can take Metro Line 14 towards Saint-Lazare and change at Bercy for Line 6 to Pasteur.
Nearby Public Transportation

Check-in time begins at 3:00 PM. until 9:00 PM. Subject to availability, we can welcome you from 9:00 PM to midnight and a supplement of 20€ will be asked. After midnight, the check in can only be possible the next day from 9:30 AM.
Check-out time is 11:00 AM at the latest. For early arrivals or late departures, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior, with any applicable fees clearly communicated.
A concierge service will send you the details of an agent who will give you the keys to my apartment. He will answer your questions about the apartment and how it works, as well as about the neighborhood.
Deposit Requirement
A deposit of €350 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.

Overall nice flat but could do with more accessories including night tables, lamps, ironing board & clothes dryer.
Neighborhood is OK and very quiet for getting a good night's sleep. Access to Metro is a short 10-min. walk away.

Great place an easy commute to everywhere
This small apartment was great, clean and in a quiet neighborhood but an easy 15-20 min commute to pretty much anywhere. A nice 2.5 mile jog to the Eiffel.
The pull out couch is the most comfortable bed. The two in the bedroom are a bit lumpy but you’ll survive. (The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars)

Four en panne. Literie de la chambre sur rue, défoncée, horriblement inconfortable , pas de table ni de lampe de chevet ni de prise à proximité du lit dans cette chambre.

Bel appartement idéalement situé
Bel appartement parisien. Petite surface mais bien agencé. À 4 personnes dont 1 ado et 1 enfant, on ne s'est pas marché dessus. 2 chambres séparées.
Joli quartier calme à proximité des stations des lignes 8 (commerce) et 12 (Vaugirard). Plein de petits restos ou traiteurs à proximité très sympa et très bons.
Petit bémol, le mobilier un peu vieillissant... Un petit coup de rénovation serait souhaitable... (sièges mange-debout un peu râpés, robinet lavabo salle de bain descellé, rideaux salle de bain usés, lattes de lit cassées... Pas gênant pour des enfants légers mais problématique si des adultes doivent utiliser le lit (chambre côté rue).
Points positifs : appartement très propre, linge de maison et de toilette très propre et bonne qualité.
Grand frigo/congélateur.
Lave vaisselle, lave linge, top. Par contre, pas de tancarville pour étendre le linge mouillé, mais laverie automatique à 100m avec des sèches linges efficaces.
Procédure de récupération des clés, nickel.
On a passé 8 jours dans ce logement et nous y avons passé un bon séjour.
Procédure de départ sans encombre.
Si nous devions revenir prochainement sur Paris, je relouerai volontiers cet appartement.

PROS: The location of the room is fantastic, close to shops, cafes and public transport.The apartment has a balcony that you can stand on, which is really nice. All the windows open up completely so you can look out of them, and it also lets in the breeze. We felt safe, secure and no one in any of the other apartments bothered us at all. The organisation that I booked through had fabulous communication, and we spoke via messages throughout the process. They were fantastic at answering any questions and were very quick with getting back to me. Check in process is really easy.
CONS: Apartment is very small and isn't really suitable for 4 adults and a teenager. Essential items not supplied, like broom, mop, face washers. Also not enough extra linen supplied, like towels, bedsheets, pillow slips, tea towels etc. Not enough essential cooking items supplied either. There were some saucepans, pots, strainer, but only one spatula for all the cooking. Apartment gets very very hot and has no air-conditioning or fans, definitely needs an air-conditioner or fans installed.
With a few extra items supplied and some air-conditioning or fans it would be fantastic.

Not worth it
The apartment doesn't have AC or fans, and it gets very hot in the summer. So it's unbearable to sleep. Leaving the windows open isn't helpful because the apartment is on a busy street. And the noise of scooters at night make it very hard to fall asleep. So we barely slept during the stay. It totally ruined our plans in Paris!
We requested fans, and the manager kept telling us they will send them, but they never came!
The apartment is also pretty old with a weak floor. For example, walking to the bathroom at night time would wake up everyone in the apartment.
The apartment has a washer, but we didn't see a dryer.
The kitchen is ok, no pots or woks, just basic frying pans and stuff. You can make things like omelets, but you can't really cook a good lunch/dinner.
They also requested a deposit of 350 euros, returnable between 8-14 days after check out. In our case, I had to contact them on the 14th day after the check-out before the refund was issued.
The only positive thing is that the apartment offered a bottle of wine as a welcoming gift on the check-in day.
Overall, I don't think this apartment is worth the money. I would rather just stay in a hotel next time I'm in Paris.

Average property in residential neighborhood
We stayed here for 7 nights with two adults and two teenage children.
Location (4/5): Located on a relatively quiet residential street. We chose the neighborhood based on a recommendation from a friend who used to live in the area. Overall we were happy with the location. It is not particularly close to any of the attractions and might be better suited for people with family or friends in Paris, but it was easy to get rideshare pickups and actually walkable from some areas of Paris. Local shops were good, and the quiet location was appreciated.
Amenities (2/5): This was a major disappointment. We packed with the plan to do laundry in the apartment. Unfortunately, the washing machine pictured is a washer only. There is no dryer. A hanging rod was provided to air dry clothing, but for a family of four in the winter that was not practical. If you have family or friends nearby who will let you use their laundry this might work, but otherwise this is definitely a reason not to book a long stay in this apartment.
Condition (3/5): The unit is relatively well maintained, but the shower had a serious leak while we were there. Water leaks out from the enclosure and floods the bathroom floor. This is not over spray. It comes out from between the tiles in the side. There is a leak somewhere inside and the drain water is leaking out. The management company seemed unconcerned. We had to mop up the water with a towel every time we used the shower, but with the lack of a dryer this was not pleasant.
Management (4/5): Booking and check-in were easy. Response times were often overnight when we reached out, but it was a holiday so that may hav been an issue. Their lack of knowledge about the condition of the apartment was concerning.

We enjoyed our stay and the location, small details can be improved like kitchen equipment.
