The Casa da Mata Taquari has 4 comfortable suites, all furnished with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, split air conditioning in all suites, and one suite is located on the first floor, ideal for people with reduced mobility. It also has a powder room in the gourmet area, a barbecue, and an area with a sink. Relax and enjoy leisure time in our private pool with a beautiful waterfall, as well as the eucalyptus playground, a unique feature to provide fun moments and enhance the children's experience during their stay! The barbecue and gourmet area are integrated into the living room and kitchen, overlooking the pool, creating a perfect environment for gatherings. We provide bed linens and bath towels. We have accommodations for up to 15 people in beds. We do not allow parties with outside guests and ask that the sound be kept at a moderate volume, even during the day. The house is located in a quiet residential area, and respect for the environment and neighbors is essential to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone. However, we ask that you respect the house rules, especially regarding noise, which must be kept at a moderate volume, and the guest limit, as outdoor parties are not allowed. Guests will have exclusive access to all areas of Casa da Mata Taquari, including the 4 suites, private pool with waterfall, gourmet area with barbecue, living room, equipped kitchen, and large outdoor lawn. Rules for Pets: We accept pets! We want all members of your family, including your four-legged friends, to feel welcome. However, we ask that you: Inform us in advance about the presence of your pet at the time of booking. There is a fee of R$150.00 per pet, to be paid at the time of booking; the limit is up to two pets per stay. We accept small to medium-sized pets. Keep your pet clean and be sure to pick up all its waste immediately. Any damage caused by your pet will be charged to the guest. Please take good care of the property and furniture.
