The accommodations were better than expected with simple amenities free of charge, such as coffee, beverages and snacks, with replenishment upon request at no extra charge. Communication was prompt. "We extended our stay by 2 nights and needed a place to stay. The Mermaid worked out fine for us (could use a new mattress) and the view was amazing! The owner was great and very easy to work with and replied to us right away. We did not enjoy the ride to get up there, but we were warned about it in the description. You do need an SUV to travel up there. Thanks for the stay!"

"A perfect property to stay out of the way with a great view. The breeze kept the apartment comfortable the whole week, without needing fans or AC. Located off a main road and centrally located.
