Beach across the road, bus stop to shops and college/theatre at end of the driveway, every convenience offered inside, lovely and warm — even in winter — indoor/outdoor flow clean, stylish, and nice sunset/Kāpiti Island view too. This is a top quality getaway.

Family visit

This place was perfect for a long weekend stay to catch up with family in Raumati. We really only need beds, shower and somewhere to make breakfast. Everything was comfortable and communication with the hosts was very good. The house is in a good location, close to beach and amenities.

Perfect home!

What a lovely home, just a stones throw from a beautiful long beach!! We were welcomed with a bottle of bubble and chocolates and a card!!, the ghosts were very quick to respond and keep in contact. The house is so comfortable, good bed linens, fluffy towels, excellent water pressure in the shower. Kitchen is well designed and kitted out, we did not want for anything.

Fab large house in a great location

The location was quiet and private yet close to both Raumati and Paraparaumu Beach shops, cafes and restaurants. The house is large and very well equipped. The sea can be viewed from the upstairs area. It's a perfect family home away from home.

Would totally recommend staying at this property if you're into beach combing and long walks topped off with having a delicious coffee at one of the beachfront cafes. The house was a home away from home. Clean and well stocked with good quality cooki ng utensils.

Relaxing winter getaway

A comfortable, well-appointed holiday home in a great location - only a couple of minutes to the beach, and an easy stroll along the sand to the Paraparaumu Beach and Raumati Beach shops and cafes. The hosts provided clear communication and were very easy to deal with. We’d definitely recommend this property, and would like to return ourselves in the warmer months to take full advantage of the beautiful beach.

Welcoming, warm property well equipped for our visit. Comfy beds and couches. Enjoyed the wine and chocs. Quick response from hosts with any questions. However found the Vrbo site very clunky to use when we were communicating with our hosts.

Amazing weekend getaway

We loved our stay at Raumati beach. The property was perfect and loved the little gift left for us. So much beautiful sun in the lounge and right next to the beach with beautiful sunsets. Kitchen was well equipped and appreciated the heating for colder nights. We will definitely be back 😊

Sun Trap by the beach

This property is clean and comfortable. Very well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds and furniture. Thank you to hosts Karen and Bill for welcome gift and card - a nice gesture. It really is a sun trap in the afternoon as the name suggests. Just a short walk to the beach. Plenty of restaurants at beach shopping area. I would happily recommend this property to others and would use again if I was going down there.
