The apartment is warm and cozy, designed with Nordic style and equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay: refrigerator, oven, stove, hot water, air conditioning, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, TV, Netflix, Internet 20 megabytes. It is located on the first floor which is accessed by stairs, with a view to the front and a beautiful and wide balcony.
It has a double bed and a sofa bed suitable for an adult or two children.

The neighborhood:

The neighborhood is familiar and safe, it is located a few steps from the Plaza Saenz Peña one of the most beautiful and crowded in the city. Everything you need you find no more than two blocks, restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, deliveries, pharmacies, wine bars, ice cream parlors, laundry, cinemas. Three blocks away you have banks and the main commercial pedestrian zone, it is an excellent place to be and to know the city.

Location:

Due to the location it is easy to access all the areas you want to know, most of the things you can do walking and getting to know the city, if you want to go a little further you have buses that take two or three blocks and take you to all points.

Pets are not allowed Due to the fact that it is a residential building, we prefer that there should be no disturbances or disturbing noises.
