Lucky 2 - Great location, close to the most beautiful beaches of Cyprus!

One-bedroom apartment – NOT a shared apartment – with a beautiful private garden full of trees and flowers, including lemon, orange, mandarin and pomegranate trees.

There is plenty of free parking available directly in front of the apartment.

The apartment is located just outside Paralimni village and just before Protaras, making it the perfect base for exploring everything the area has to offer. It is situated in a quiet neighbourhood, yet only a few metres from a shop where you can buy everything you need. There is also a bus stop approximately 80 metres away, directly in front of the building, making it very easy to get around. Buses run approximately every 10 minutes and connect the area with Paralimni town centre, Protaras, Cape Greco, Ayia Napa and many other destinations in between.

The apartment was completely renovated in March 2019, and new beds were added in June 2025. We also carry out improvements and renovations every year to keep the apartment fresh, modern and feeling as new as possible.

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests. The bedroom has two comfortable single beds, while the living room features a very comfortable sofa bed.

The apartment also includes a private bathroom with toilet, a dining table with chairs, TV, refrigerator, washing machine, iron and ironing board, electric kettle, hairdryer, dishes, electric cooker, safe, Wi-Fi and air conditioning.

Guests can also enjoy a lovely terrace overlooking the beautiful garden, complete with an outdoor table and chairs. Towels and bed linen are provided. You do not need to carry bulky beach towels in your luggage, as beach towels are also provided, along with a beach bag and beach umbrella.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need for a comfortable stay and much more. Guests are welcome to enjoy all the facilities and amenities provided in the apartment.

The nearest beach is only a 1-minute drive away. There are also beautiful churches nearby, as well as lovely views across the surrounding fields towards distant villages.

Supermarkets, cafés and banks with ATMs are within a 5-minute walk. Metro supermarket is approximately 800 metres away, while Lidl is approximately 600 metres away. A large selection of shops can also be reached within just a 2-minute drive.
