"Excellent service, great people who are giving their best for a good service. The hotel is more a 4* rather than 5*. There is no iron in the room? Thats not normal for a 5*. The opening hours Of the gym and pool can be improved, they close when everybody arrives after the The gym has no weights! And in the pool the dishes are coming in polysteryne!! Not in a normal dish. "We stayed for a weekend with our family (children aged 10 and 16), and had a fantastic experience from start to finish.
The entire hotel was immaculate, from the public areas to the bedrooms. The rooms were modern, stylish and exceptionally clean.
The staff were incredibly attentive and always on hand to see if we needed anything. The level of service was genuinely 5-star and made the whole stay feel that little bit more special.
The main pool was lovely and well maintained, while the smaller...

"Let's be straight to the point, this is not a 5* hotel and more like a low 4*. The hotel pictures and looking at it from far away, it looks modern and contemporary, but it's only a layer of makeup.
- Check in. We were told to take the elevators from the east wing, after 15min of looking for the room and which rooms were very well signed, we went back to reception and now told us (different person, that such a room was on the west wing).. The first person seemed undertrained.
- Rooms are nice...
