Atlantis buena opción para ir en familia
Atlantis en familia siempre una buena opción ! Esta es mi tercera vez estando en Bahamas , creo que el Hotel Atlantis es muy buena opción ya que si vas con niños tienen el parque Acuático y se puede aprovechar muy bien, nos quedamos en el Royal y es una habitación standar con 2 camas Queen S suficiente espacio para lo que se utilizó . Mi única observación es que los precios de los restaurantes o tiendas donde se pueden adquirir Snacks son EXAGERADAMENTE. CAROS ! Un cena buffet va desde los $1000 mil pesos mexicanos hasta dependiendo el día $1800 por persona, es una locura. En general todo bien.

La unica cosa que me pareció desproporcionada es el costo de los tours. Con mi esposa e hija nos hubiera gustado hacer un poco de snorkelling pero, sinceramente, no nos pudimos permitir gastar esa suma de dinero.

Water park is great! Hotel is big with lots of things to do, including a beautiful beach. However, everything is very expensive.

En el hotel no solo hay los huéspedes sino también todas las personas que llegan de Los cruceros por esta razón la cantidad de personas en las áreas de piscinas es absurda , en cuanto la personas les falta calidad en el servicio al cliente , te hablan mal y responden de manera grosera

Excelente que ya incluya el parque acuático que está increíble, además de los acuarios y la arquitectura atlanteana. Impresionante. No me gustó qué hay que andar con la tarjeta de la habitación todo el tiempo en vez de usar pulseras y que no sea un hotel all inclusive. Por cierto, muy caro todo.

La instalación de s muy linda,la limpieza está bien! La atención y el servicio horrible! “La playa” privada muy fea y sucia,no existe y la otra muy lejos e imposible para bañarse por la fuerte olas! Para comer es un dilema por los diferentes horarios! Los precios exageradamente altos sin razón! Los trabajadores del hotel deben darse cuenta que el huésped no tiene culpa de nada y tiene. Que tratarlos bien y ser gentiles! Me parecía que estaba en una dictadura y todo lo que yo hacía estaba mal.

Excellent experience at Atlantis
The hotel is huge and extremely fun. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is newly renovated and very clean. Just be prepared to pay for all the extras except water. Wish there were a couple of non-sitting down restaurants like the pizzeria since it’s now easy to get something fast for the kids after 6pm. (Or at least I didn’t find it.). Overall, I would go back, children love it!!

Me gusto el hotel Royal at Atlantis. Es un hotel muy bonito. LA PLAYA DEL HOTEL CORAL ES LA MEJOR. Lo que no me gusto es que las habitaciones son muy viejas y no se ven limpias. La playa queda muy lejos y al llegar no hay suficientes sillas y toldos para el sol. LO PEOR DEL HOTEL ES EL PERSONAL QUE TRABAJA EN EL ROYAL AT ATLANTIS Y BAR DE LA PLAYA EN EL HOTEL CORAL. LOS BARTENDERS SON MUY RUDOS Y NADA AMABLES. LA GERENCIA DEL HOTEL TIENE QUE EDUCAR A SUS TRABAJADORES PARA QUE SEAN AMABLES CON LOS TURISTAS. TIENEN QUE RECORDAR QUE EL DINERO QUE LES LLEGA A SUS HOTELES Y POSTERIORMENTE A LOS TRABAJADORES VIENE DE NOSOTROS LOS TURISTAS.

El area verde del hotel y el acuario. No me gusto que son poco educados los empleados, la mayoria no saluda y el cuatomer service es horrible

Los precios de los servicios extras exageradamente altos por ejemplo nadamos con delfines en Kayak y el precio fue exagerado no nos dejaron tomar fotografías y las fotos nos las querían vender a $200 dólares y fueron muy malas fotografías

The Royal at Atlantis is a five-star hotel resort that met all of my and my family’s needs while we vacation in the Bahamas. It’s huge and basically like putting Las Vegas and Disney World water park in the middle of the Caribbean. Me and my family would come back here again and again. Lots to do and see. The only issue I would advise is check your spending account and billing statement on your TV to ensure it’s accurate. I highly recommend the Atlantis to any tourist with families.

We very much enjoyed the customer service and the resort as a whole, however the room was a bit dated and the room was a bit damp with a smell of mildew possibly from the carpet in the room.
