Perfect Paradise Island Villa!

  • Villa de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños en una comunidad cerrada de 12 villas a poca distancia del mundialmente famoso Atlantis Resort, la hermosa playa Cabbage Beach, la terminal de ferry Marina Village y tiendas y restaurantes.

    La cocina de la villa está totalmente equipada y recientemente renovada. El espacio habitable tiene techos altos abiertos y hay un patio privado cerrado con parrilla de barbacoa y piscina comunitaria.

    Internet de alta velocidad gratis, televisión por cable, / Smart TV con Netflix, etc., teléfono (solo llamadas locales), aire acondicionado central, ropa de cama de calidad y toallas de baño y playa. Un encantador complejo tranquilo de 12 villas con estacionamiento en el lugar.

    También se incluye: 2 bicicletas, sillas de playa, sombrillas, refrigeradores y equipo de snorkel.

    Artículos de cocina: toallas de papel, bolsas de basura, botella de agua de 5 galones, especias, café, té y condimentos.

    Artículos de baño: jabón, jabón de manos y champú de viaje.

    Para la compra y su comodidad, también hay una cesta de aperitivos, bebidas frías en la nevera y una selección de vinos en la villa.

We had a wonderful stay with our 2 small children (1.5 and 4). The place was super clean and had everything we needed. Kyrene could not have been a better host!

I stayed 5/23/26-5/27/26 with my wife and two teenage daughters. The Villa was amazing and we absolutely LOVE the location! Kyrene is a wonderful host and great with communication! I would highly recommend this place and recommend renting the golf cart if available! It makes getting around Paradise Island easier. Walking to the beach and the marina is doable too.

Villa was everything we wanted and more! Kyrene was an exceptional host making our stay as comfortable and fun as possible. She had great recommendations for activities and restaurants. The villa was clean and well equipped and if we needed anything Kyrene was just a text away. We would highly recommend to anyone and will definitely be coming back

The villa was absolutely perfect for our family of 4 and exactly as pictured. The location was great, walking distance to Atlantis and more. We looked at staying at the Atlantis, but I am so glad we stayed at the villa in stead. It was so nice to have the extra space during the week. We did day passes to Atlantis and 2 days was more than enough for us. Kyrene was an absolutely fabulous host! Her tips added to our experience and truly helped us to have the best week! We loved her suggestion of Rose Island and had an absolute blast - a must do if you visit! Having the ability to rent a golf cart was great and we took advantage of that option a few days. Highly recommend the villa for anyone looking to visit the Bahamas! 10/10!!

Ocean view villas was very comfortable, and felt very safe. It was very close to Atlantis snd walking distance to many places, such as beach, restaurants, and a market.

We had a wonderful stay. It was so clean, well organized, great condition, and everything worked! You had every you needed and the host was the best we’ve experienced in terms of being genuine, helpful, and welcoming. Everything was walkable and we really appreciated that. We almost rented a golf cart, but didn’t need to! We’ll be back!

Great stay. Kyrene was awesome and right next to us so was available to answer questions and take care of anything (like the time i got locked out). great property and great location. 10 minute walk from Atlantis. Save your money and get a way bigger place than Atlantis with an outstanding large private back patio and nice little pool you mostly get to yourself. Great for kids. Even if you buy day passes to Atlantis you will still save thousands over a week. An honestly you won't want to do Aventure pass for 6 days anyway. 3 days was great for us. Rest of time we explored island and other beaches.

Great place to stay

The villa was clean and had everything we needed. The host provided great information about local places to go. She also provided helpful information like transportation. The pool and patio were great too.

Perfect Place

This is a perfect place to stay with family. Great location and close to everything on Paradise Island. Kyrene was an excellent host and provided many helpful suggestions. She went above and beyond and we couldn’t recommend staying here enough. We highly recommend Cheryl’s taxi service and Sandy Toes pig excursion!

Perfect birthday getaway - thank you Kyrene!

Kyrene was an amazing host—so kind, helpful, and incredibly responsive throughout our stay. We were in the Bahamas for our son’s 6th birthday, and she made everything feel so comfortable and welcoming. Her hospitality really added to the experience and made it even more special for our family. Highly recommend staying with her!

Winter break

We needed a few days away from subzero temperatures in the Midwest. Kyrene is an excellent host! She's thought of everything you might need. The location is convenient, and it's easy to get around. We enjoyed our time at the villa.

If you’re looking for a relaxing place to stay that has a peaceful and pristine pool but also beach access that will feel like your own private beach, you will love this spot. Kyrene is top notch as she greeted us at arrival, gave us a multitude of recommendations and tips, and her and her husband were always so friendly and inviting for the duration of our stay. The beachy decor and little extras (board games, fan, first aid supplies, plenty of hangers, books, purified drinking water, guidebook) were so thoughtful. Having snacks and drinks on hand to purchase was a plus. We enjoyed the patio all times of the day and night-spacious and offered both sun and shade. We rented the golf cart and used it to explore the island. Highly recommend this well cared for gated community.
