We had an amazing stay over Easter. Nicole was very helpful prior to our trip and helped arrange grocery delivery and some meals from the private chef. It was a truly relaxing vacation thanks to Nicole & all the staff in Nassau. We would definitely stay again!

Wedding at the Four Seasons

We had a family wedding at the Four Seasons but chose to stay at this property as we needed three bedrooms. The home is beautiful, clean, very comfortable and everything Was working. We were able to walk to Atlantis (Starbucks) down the beach in 10 min. The boat service was also great taking us to Atlantis harbor where we caught easy cab to Four Seasons. Nicole is great and coordinated all the help who were very nice and professional. Great trip and experience.Highly recommend if seeking a Bahamas get away.

Everything about my stay at On Beach Time was excellent. The property is gorgeous and very comfortable. Every person we came in contact with was very nice, professional and helpful. We were already planning a return trip before we even left. Don’t hesitate on this property. It’s a winner.

Beautiful

The home was absolutely gorgeous. It did not disappoint. The communication was excellent. I was able to get in touch with our host, Nicole, at all times. The staff was extremely pleasant and accommodating. The views, private beach and pool met my needs. The private chef we had was excellent! Our boat captain was excellent- very knowledgeable and made me and my family feel safe. The home was extremely clean! It was exactly what I was looking for! It is very close to Atlantis which is a plus. I highly recommend and would come back.

Don't waste your money at Atlantis

This property is amazing and one of our number one VRBO's we have had in the last 5 years. Staying here you truly are pampered like a royalty. You have private boat transportation anywhere you want to go. The boat captains make your vacation so easy and fun. They are like having your own personal butlers on call 24/7. The home and grounds were beautiful and spotless. The beach in front of the home was fantastic and was almost ours exclusively. When paying this amount per night you do have certain expectations. Nicole met and exceeded all of those expectations with this home & staff. If reading this and thinking of staying at this home with kids here is a suggestion that we used and made the trip even better. We booked a room at Atlantis so we could have full access to the facility during our entire trip. This keeps from having to get day passes (which can be sold out at times) and it also allows you to come and go as you like. The home is a short walk down the beach or as stated above you can have one of the boat captains take you over. If this is your first time and you use this suggestion also make sure you get a private cabana everyday of your stay at Atlantis. It can be a zoo there and this allows you your own space.

Enjoyed our Stay but had some issues!

We enjoyed our stay and were extremely happy with Thomas, Nicole, and Kirby. We will say that there were a few things that weren’t as expected but overall it was a nice trip. Our AC stopped working 5-6 times that we were there and we had to flip the breaker every day to get the air to turn back on. We also weren’t able to swim with pool lights at night because the lights didn’t turn on until after midnight with the timer. Nicole was very apologetic and kind, also very easy to get ahold of which we appreciated. The home is very beautiful and extremely close to Atlantis. Thomas (boat captain) was amazing and so nice! Overall we rated it 3 out of 5 due to the air conditioning issues.

Great property!

Our family loved this beautifully appointed home. Perfectly peaceful beach. House management staff was so helpful and quick to respond both in preparation to travel and during our stay. The boat captain was very friendly and helpful as well. We would absolutely recommend this property.

Words can’t describe this place! Amazing!!

This place is all and more than you could wish for. From the beginning... pick up at airport to the quick boat ride to our amazing neighborhood dock to Simone showing us how everything works and Kirby showing is how to cut coconuts for fresh juice... everything was the best! The very best is Nicole, she helped us with EVERYTHING! The trip was seemless, my husband can’t sit still and would want to book an excursion last min on spring break and nicole would snap her magic fingers and make it happen! Our captains Derek and Thomas were great, recommended places and were always there to help with bags and pointing out fun areas. We had Travis, the chef, was incredible! We had breakfast and a dinner and it was awesome, wish we would have booked more meals with him! Best meals we had! Starbucks at Atlantis is in walking distance, my husband and daughters loved walking there every morning and watch the sunset. We didn’t use the pool much, the beach was too good... the ocean was pretty rough the week we were there, but my kids didn’t mind;) Nicole recommended us stocking kitchen with groceries and drinks which was perfect! Didn’t need a thing! Wish I could post pictures on here to show some things that were left out of HomeAway pics.... you won’t regret booking BHV4! And did I mention Nicole was AWESOME;)

Lovely home, lovely island -- perfect retreat!

My family of four adults stayed here in March 2019, and we were very impressed with the property, the people, and the island. Nicole did a fantastic job communicating with us and offering ideas and suggestions. The house is beautifully maintained and the locations is gorgeous. You need to use the boat captains to get anywhere, (even to the store) but they were always available with little notice, which made that easy. And it's fun to take a boat to a restaurant in the evening! A short walk along the beach at you are at Atlantis. Three full bedrooms upstairs were perfect -- with an option of a pull-out bed in the downstairs den.

Complete Paradise

Words cannot describe this vacation. Everything was unbelievable from the location, to the staff, to the villa itself. This is an ideal rental for everyone! We enjoyed a week stay at the villa with family which includes 3 children under the age of 10. It is only a quick walk up the beach to Atlantis but far enough away to have your own slice of paradise. We were very lucky to have worked with Nicole who was an amazing help with making sure everything went the best it possibly could. Nicole was more then helpful in many aspects from getting the villa stocked with food, setting up transportation, giving recommendations, setting up nanny services and chef services. This by far was a vacation of a life time and we cannot wait to return! At all times we felt welcomed, safe and secure. You are missing out if you do not book this villa on your next visit to the Bahamas!

Beautiful property in beautiful location!

The home was beautifully decorated with a great beach feel. There was plenty of room for a party of 5, if not a few more. Beach is easily accessible. Pool wasn’t heated, but it warmed up by end of week. Water taxi is only way to property, but taxi boat is always available. Would stay again!

Fabulous property and location in Paradise

My family of 7 had a fantastic time and we would highly recommend to anyone trying to be close to Atlantis but with privacy and space. We were a 10 minute walk down the beach from the Cove/Atlantis and a short boat trip to the Atlantis marina (the boat/driver comes with the rental). We had meals cooked 1-2 times a day in a very remote and private setting. Lots of room, a big kitchen and the downstairs study has a pullout coach and a full bath so was used as an additional bedroom. The outside area and pool was beautiful and we were right "on the beach"...did I say PRIVATE? I would not stay anywhere else in Nassau!

Luxe beach privacy

Stayed in Villa house 4...which is the smaller of the five homes in this subdivision. Only two are completed and renting at present. Both ocean side homes were available for my selected dates, and I'm very happy I chose this residence. We loved how the kitchen was open to the living room and dining area vs the other floor plan where the kitchen is tucked away. It also has an outdoor shower area for rinsing off sand before entering the home. Wish is beyond helpful and necessary. I can't believe they don't have them in the other homes!? Fair warning....the pools are not heated. They are too cold to utilize unfortunately :( We also wished the property had an outdoor grille, and wished we knew how to use the indoor speaker system for music. Staff did not know how to use it. Having said that...this house has everything you need. Beautifully decorated. Staff was so nice. From CJ our boat captain...to the security guards at night. (Which we brought food to on occasion). We chartered a private fishing boat from Chubasco...which can pick you up right from the private dock of the subdivision. Walking to Atlantis is very convenient. You will receive people taking photos of the home from the beach. We asked one couple to leave the private waking path that entered through the private gate beach side. Otherwise no issues. Harbour side is nice and calm and not windy. There's a nice pavilion on the private dock...which would be a great area to dine at night if it had furniture. Would definitely rent again.
