"El paseo estuvo muy bien, pero pienso que a la casa le hace falta mantenimiento, además me hubiera gustado que tengan una vajilla de cerámica, toda la vajilla era de plástico y me parece que algunas personas como a mi familia les incomoda comer y beber en utensilios plásticos. También recomendamos mejoras en los sartenes que ya están muy viejos y todo se pega, los cuchillos no tenían filo. En cuanto a la ropa de cama también requiere ser renovada ya que aunque esté limpia algunas están...

"Waking up to the sound of the ocean and being able to walk right onto the beach from the yard is wonderful. The staff at Zuma Tours are very nice and helpful. The house is within walking distance to restaurants, groceries, bars, shopping....pretty much whatever you may want/need. Being so close to everything, you can sometimes hear the goings on in town but it didn't bother us. We really enjoyed our stay at Ivan's House. Montezuma is a laid back beach town that is an excellent place to get away....

"We had a wonderful time staying at Casa Milya for a week while visiting Santa Teresa. While a few minor things have changed since the pictures were taken the property was lovely and well cared for! Eight of us had plenty of space to spread out and the location on the beach was perfect! Eli the caretaker and little Kiwi were wonderful hosts as well as the concierge Catalina, who was extremely helpful!! Several great restaurants within walking distance and a grocery store at the end of the street...

"Our family of four stayed between Christmas and New Years. The house was perfect - great views and great location. Right in the middle of Santa Teresa. The host was incredible. So helpful before and during the trip with reservations, cars, etc. We used LocalBird for fishing, snorkeling, etc. We missed our flight from San Jose to Cobano and there were no other flights. The host quickly helped us come up with Plan B including a driver. Saved tge day!!!"

"We had a great stay with our family. Lucia (property manager) was very responsive and the daily housekeeping service was so wonderful! The house is located close enough to walk to restaurants but not in the busy part of town. Added bonus since we were there last is now there are lifeguards at beach - made me feel better given we had 4 teenagers in the water with lots of rip currents.
