"When we arrived, I genuinely thought we were at the wrong location due to the condition of the shared front and back yards. The areas were littered with toys, trash, and various household items. I even recalibrated my GPS and drove around the block trying to find the correct place. First impressions mattered, and this was concerning, especially since I was unfamiliar with the area.Inside, there were multiple issues. The stove did not work consistently—the large burner would not light properly...

"In this day and age when corporations/management companies buy up residences and manage them from afar, it's a breath of fresh air to have hosts who are right on site, offering real human interaction, that for me, helps make the stay a much more comfortable experience. Jenn and Dan were very attentive to my needs and also had suggestions for a place to walk to refresh my travel weary body. I enjoyed the tidy, well arranged apt."

"What a gem! Plenty of supplies and amenities from extra blankets and ample toilet paper to gel/alternative down pillows and a sleep sound machine! The co-host went above and beyond to take care of my family's needs. I can't express enough how happy we are to have found this home. We have to return later this year to the area and hopefully we're able to stay here. 10/10!!!"

"This free standing studio apartment is tucked into a neighborhood. While the homes around it need some TLC, this unit is perfect. Very comfortable, full kitchen, fast internet. The owner/host provided great communication upon check in and checkout. Parking is right in front of the door. It is secure and well lit. This is a great unit for one or two people. There isn’t much space or seating for more. "

"We love staying at this location. It's a great neighborhood, the house is cozy, clean and inviting, and it's nicely decorated. There's a nice little patio where you can sit out and enjoy the weather and a nice backyard. The owner is always very responsive to messages, and always goes above and beyond - even helping us with finding things to do, good places to eat, etc. We have stayed here several times, and we always enjoy coming back again!
