My dream village house, tons of charming details. Kitchen had everything we needed, down to hand juicer for the lemons from the tree in the courtyard, to home made wine provided by the owner. Pool was beautiful but it was too cold to think about using it. I thought the mattresses and pillows could use an upgrade.The village was so sweet and picturesque. It has a small cultural museum and a bird and plant museum. There is a tavern, a snack bar and a pizza place all within easy walking distance of the house as is the well stocked minimart. Plus a donkey farm nearby. A small admission fee and 3 euros for a bag of carobs to feed the eager donkies

Perfect place

Just what it says on the tin, absolutely superb villa, we've been in some wonderful villas but this one beats all ,the villa, the village and the people are just fantastic, there are three places we would recommend to eat,tge petradaki Sunday lunch is a must, the pan Asian wonderful curry and yianis restaurant wonderful hospitality in all three, and the villas host theo brilliant

Traumhafte Unterkunft und sehr herzlicher Vermieter

Die Bilder zeigen dieses traumhafte Haus so schön wie es ist. Die Lage in Kathikas ist hervorragend und idealer Ausgangspunkt für Touren in alle Richtungen, wenn man einen Wagen hat. Man kann die kulinarische Vielfalt des Ortes und auch Wanderungen um den Ort auch sehr gut mal ohne Auto genießen. Und der Vermieter ist fantastisch. Immer herzlich, hilfsbereit und mit vielen Tipps und persönlichen Aufmerksamkeiten da. Allerbesten Dank Theo.

Really chilled out stay

The property is characterful and spacious - just as shown in the ad. The showers were all strong and hot. The air con worked well when needed. Lovely being able to sit under the awning by the pool to read, eat, drink, talk whatever. The pool was a welcome relief from the heat. Having up to six cats to make friends with was a bonus! The kitchen was well equipped The location is great - short stroll into the charming (and clean)village with several bars/cafes and a mini market. The host brought us home grown melons and some of his own wine too. Very helpful. All in all, a perfect holiday.

Beautiful Villa in Beautiful location

Having visited Kathikas on previous trips to Cyprus, we had decided that we would definitely like to stay in the village, as has plenty of lovely places to eat and drink, so friendly and welcoming. The Villa was exactly as advertised, so comfortable, plenty of space inside and out, and a fabulous sized pool. We had 3 adults and one teenager, all were happy with it. Would return in a heartbeat.

Top villa in beautiful village.

Gorgeous characterful villa in perfect Cypriot village. Lots of excellent tavernas to choose from all within a 5 minute walk. We arrived to find a lovely welcome pack which was perfect as we arrived late in the evening including delicious wine. Theo checked if we needed anything and even brought more wine! A perfect holiday.

A Wonderful Break!

It was excellent just what we needed loads of space and spotlessly clean. We love walking etc, weather was very hot so we headed for the lovely forests in the morning and came back to cool off by the large and enticing pool. Cyprus was very Covid safe - the whole plane was chosen to be tested on arrival, if was very efficient - we were out before our luggage landed on the carousel! Tested at 14.00 we got all clear text that night at our villa at 22.00! and of course the friendly people and lovely food. Theo our host was a new Dad just a week before our arrival but still took time to care for us and deliver wine and grapes. A special word for Steven in "letsrentonline" - nothing was to much trouble - an excellent ambassador for Cyprus! Its the warm heart of the Med! We will be back for the walks, nature, food and people - hopefully next Spring! Noel and Anne-Marie, London

Comfortable traditional stone-built village house

Perfect base for a sunny autumn half term with three generations. The photos don’t do it justice. Everything we needed was provided, including a very generous selection of food, more than enough for all of us. Easy reach of Akamas peninsula and beaches. The house is ideal for families and people who want to escape from the noise of tourist areas! The village of Kathikas is located on the hills and has a perfect climate for the summer, so that you dont get “fried” like when you are in Pafos. The house is clean and has everything that you need inside. Ideal for families. The host was always prepare to help us. We were 2 families with small children and we all enjoyed our stay and totally enjoyed our time! It was an excellent choice and we can recommend it for anyone who is seeking to have vacations in Pafos and Cyprus!

Wir waren im Oktober zwei Wochen lang mit 2 Familien (4 Erwachsene und 4 kleine Kinder ) in der Villa. Am Ankunftstag war der Kühlschrank gut gefüllt mit Saft, Milch, Brot, Wurst, Käse und Marmelade. Und auch Wein und Schnaps waren hinterlegt, so dass der Anreise- und Folgetag sehr entspannt verliefen. Das haben wir in dieser Form noch nie erlebt! Am nächsten Morgen kam dann auch schon der Vermieter vorbei und erkundigte sich nach dem Wohlbefinden. Theo ist sehr gastfreundlich und offen. Vielen Dank für die tollen Einblicke bei der Arbeit im Weinberg, den Wein, das sensationelle Essen von deiner Mutter sowie die Einladung zum diesjährigen Schnaps brennen. Das war einfach nur super! Die Villa ist in bester dörflicher Lage gelegen in einem toll gepflegten Örtchen mit sehr schönen Tavernen. Es sind nur wenige Touristen da, so dass man die Ursprünglichkeit des Ortes sehr genießen kann. Die Villa entspricht exakt der Beschreibung und ist einfach nur toll und authentisch eingerichtet. Die Umgebung bietet nördlich und südlich tolle Strände und Schwimmmöglichkeiten, auch für kleinere Kinder. Viele Ausflugsziele sind mit überschaubaren Fahrzeiten gut erreichbar. Wir werden auf alle Fälle wiederkommen!

What a wonderful week in this beautiful villa

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful villa. It was an easy drive from Paphos airport and the villa was exactly as described and spotlessly clean on our arrival. We were a party of 8 and the villa accommodated us all perfectly. A lovely welcome pack was in the fridge so shopping could be left until after breakfast. Theo welcomed us and gave us plenty of information and welcomed us with his homemade wine which was lovely ( and even arrived a few days later with more!). The village itself is beautiful and the local people were all very friendly. There were a few tavernas within a 5 minute walk and even a gin bar. The food was great in all of them. It was a great week in rural Cyprus , away from the hustle and bustle of the bigger resorts but a short car drive to the bigger resorts if that's what you are looking for. We found the location just perfect. We enjoyed a walk to the local winery, the donkey sanctuary and a 20minute drive to Latchi where we hired a boat for the day and explored the beautiful coastline. We will definitely return to Villa Constanteras one day and recommend it to friends and family.

Lovely villa in a lovely village

I would like to say that the villa was very nice with everything that you would need for a holiday let and the welcome pack was superb!, the location was lovely as were the bars and restaurants within the village, the food was also superb not having one poor meal all holiday. The owner Theo was a lovely man who introduced himself to us and didn't interfere with us at all just popped in to see if everything was ok and to see if we needed anything. We are lucky enough to be able to have a few holidays a year and will be back to Cyprus soon. Thank you for your excellent service over the past few months and we hope to be booking another villa with you soon

echte Erholung in einem tollen Haus

schon vor der Reise viele nützliche Hinweise und immer prompte Antworten auf alle Fragen. Das Haus entspricht vollkommen den Beschreibungen und den Bilder - sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Bei unserer Anreise hatte der Eigentümer den Kühlschrank mit einigen Lebensmitteln bestückt - genug für ein ausreichendes Frühstück und einige Flaschen Wen waren auch zur Begrüßung da - das ist mehr als man erwarten kann. Bei Fragen/Problemen (gab es kaum) stand der Vermieter jederzeit zur Verfügung und hat sich gekümmert. Der Ort hat eine Vielzahl von guten Tavernen und ist für Touren gut gelegen. Zum Strand benötigt man ca 25 Minuten. Pool war ausreichen groß für 4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder Ales sehr sauber und in einem guten Zustand. haus und Ort können wir zu 100% Empfehlen!!! Danke für einen entspannten Urlaub in einer tollen Atmosphäre Können wir

Everything as expected!

A truly excellent villa and plenty big enough for the three of us! Lovely village of Kathikas a short stroll away with all you need for shop and eat. Theo very helpful and checked in on us couple of times. Shame the weather up in the hills is some degrees cooler than in Paphos, so I would only consider coming back in warmer months than November. We had to resort to blankets in the evening as the house was chilly, however this meant we spent more time at Yiannis tavern. 👍. We will return with a bigger party as I said in warmer months and get to use the pool.
