Luxury Villa With Private Pool And Stunning Mediterranean Views

  • This 4 bed luxury 2-storey villa with its own overflow pool has views of the Med from most aspects of the property as well as a large private terrace area around the pool and well manicured gardens. There is room for 3 cars along the private driveway. The open living/dining areas are extremely well appointed. The living area has stylish furniture/decor, a flat screen TV with uk and international programmes, whilst the dining room has a dining table and chairs ideal for 8 persons. The large kitchen is fully equipped.The villa comes with free wi-fi. Bedrooms are located on the first floor and in the large basement space both accessed by a winding staircase. It is suitable for wedding guests as St. George's Chapel and the King Evelthon Beach Resort and hotel are easily accessed and St.Paul's Pillar (Ayia Kyriaki) and Paphos Town Hall can be reached in 15 minutes. The villa is close to a coastal pathway that runs from Paphos to Coral Bay which is perfect for sunset walks.

Great Villa. Clear instructions of how to find it and general information. Very quiet location but close enough to Paphos and Coral bay to visit. A few little issues during our stay which got dealt with very quickly with clear communication.

We had an amazing time staying in the villa. It had everything we needed and more. Been going to Cyprus for 6 years now and stopped in different villas. This has to be our best and favourite villa. Definitely looking to book again.

Lovely villa, great location for access to Paphos and airport. Not too many places in area for drinking and eating but Dimmas bar less than 10 minutes walk away and can access restaurant at local resorr within 10 minutes.

Excellent property, everything you need, only down side is location from the harbour, but near enough to the local bus routes or the use of taxis if you don’t hire a car, The Villa was spotless, would definitely use the property again.

Villa was lovely and clean, location wasn’t to good for us. Taxi cost €50 to harbour and back.

The pool was far to hot for us as a family, we had to go to my parents villa to use there pool a few doors down. The pool was stunning to look at.

On arrival to the villa was very easy access. The Villa is lovely especially with being on 3 floors the basement bedroom was brilliant for my 2 teenager daughters. Very well equipped. Master bedroom bed is ver comfortable. Excellent Aircon. Amazing views very quiet, apart from the dog near by. Private with a lovely pool and outside area. About 15 minute walk to the main road for the local bus service. Excellent property owners with quick response.

absolutely fab

Everything was fantastic - my mother is so hard to please, but not a single complaint for the duration of the stay! Plenty of space - one of the more specious villas in that part of town. We usually do not stay in the same place twice - but towards the end of our stay we were like 'we'd like to actually come back here again'. Absolutely loved it - thank you!

Lovely stay in Sunny Paphos

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely villa. The hosts are brilliant and quick to answer any questions. The Villa is clean and well maintained. The pool and outside area is great, the gate with lock on the veranda was a great safety feature if staying with children. The kitchen is well appointed and everything you need if you like the option to cook. The Villa is spacious and comfortable, linens and towels was plentiful. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, the area is quiet with a real sense of safety.

Family Holiday

It is very hard to see any issues with the Villa, it’s everything it says and the children loved the pool as did the adults. You do really need a car as the walk into Pathos is around an 1.5 hours, during our stay the coastal path was closed as it was being upgraded, but once finished it would be a great walk, for those who enjoy their walks.

Location, location, location

This is a beautiful villa and large enough for a big family or 2 families travelling together. Situated about 10/15 minutes drive from Paphos harbour, all the great restaurants (highly recommend Hickory on the main road next to Lidl) and the Kings Avenue Mall. We would recommend you hire a car though as the taxis can be very expensive. Our neighbour paid €25 just to get to Lidl, which is walkable if you’re fit enough! We had a few issues with the appliances during our stay but the owners and management team were quick to sort this out. Communication with the owners was very quick and easy and the management team were very friendly. Just a heads up, the WIFI doesn’t reach upstairs to the bedrooms, so if you have teenagers be prepared to be moaned at!! All in all we had a lovely, relaxing holiday and would recommend this villa.

Fantastic family holiday

We stayed in August 2023… We found the villa very easily and we were reassured by the security gates leading up the area where the property was which are accessed by a telephone code. The set up of the villa is perfect in so far as it’s almost in sections. My nephew and his family (18m old daughter) took the lower section with its own bathroom and shower and my kids and I took the upper section. There was plenty of room for everyone to do whatever they needed to. The kitchen and dining area is well equipped and there’s a fantastic bbq which received a lot of use. There’s a beautiful veranda which is perfectly shaded by an impressive Bougainvillea. There’s also a very welcome breeze that helps to keep guests cool. A car is recommended although not essential. It was our first time back in Cyprus since 97. We will definitely be back and will use this villa again if it’s available.

Highly recommend

Chose this villa for it's location to King Evelthon Hotel for a family wedding. Communication with Jonathan & Elizabeth was instant & extremely helpful. The villa had the wow factor, especially as the view included the sea. Lots of linen & towels. Only disappointment was there wasn't any cleaning products available except washing up liquid so you could keep the villa clean on a regular basis, however cleaners did come halfway through our stay. Extremely comfortable beds & a high standard of furniture. The villa was cool even without aircon if you used the shutters during the day. Bbq was great but could do with some lighting in that area, we had to use the car headlights. Easy access to Paphos Harbour & Coral Bay. Car hire was useful as we had our 85yr old mum with is but not exactly necessary with the buses. Will definitely look to return again.

Wundervolle Villa in traumhafter Lage

Ich würde unseren Aufenthalt als perfekt bezeichnen, es war alles vorhanden, Objekt sehr sauber und gepflegt. Ein Sandstrand mit Liegen um Schirmen ist ca. 10 Autominuten entfernt.
